About FuturesElite

FuturesElite opened in November 2024 out of Latina, Italy, founded by Christian Habibi under Quantum SRL. They run four programs — Prime, Elite, Instant, and Custom. The Custom configurator is what sets them apart in the futures space: you pick your own profit split (up to 95%), your drawdown type, your payout cadence, and whether news trading and contract scaling stay in or come out. Standard split is 80% on the three preset programs. Payouts run on a 5-day cycle and clear inside 24 hours through Riseworks or crypto. Top traders get invited to a Live Funded account after enough payouts and clean trading — the live track pays 100% of your first $10,000 in real withdrawals, then settles to 90/10. They’re sitting at 4.6 on Trustpilot a year in, which is strong for a firm this young, and total allocation across funded accounts caps at $1.5M.

Account Types

Prime (50K – 150K)

Monthly subscription with an Intraday Trailing drawdown that follows your highest unrealized equity tick by tick — stricter than end-of-day, but it rewards conservative sizing. Contract scaling is on, so the more your balance grows the bigger you can size. One trading day clears the eval; on funded you need five profitable days per payout cycle and the 40% consistency rule kicks in (funded only).

Profit Split: 80% standard

Intraday Trailing | Contract Scaling | 40% consistency funded only | News with restrictions | $0 activation

Elite (50K – 150K)

Monthly subscription on the gentler EOD trailing drawdown — the threshold only adjusts at session close, so intraday swings don't bite you. Contracts are fixed (no scaling). One trading day to clear the eval, then five profitable days per payout cycle on funded. Consistency runs 50% during eval, 40% once funded. The cycle gap on funded is 10 calendar days between payouts, slightly longer than Prime.

Profit Split: 80% standard

EOD Trailing | Fixed Contracts | 5 profitable days | News with restrictions | $0 activation

Instant (25K – 150K)

One-time fee, straight to funded — no evaluation to pass. EOD trailing drawdown that locks at the starting balance once you've cleared the 5% buffer. Consistency opens at 20% and tightens to 25% after your second payout and 30% after the third (the 25K Instant stays at 20% the whole way). Seven winning days before your first payout, then take up to 60% of profits per cycle.

Profit Split: 80% standard

EOD Trailing | No buffer required | 7 winning days | News allowed | No reset option

Custom (Evaluation & Instant variants)

The configurator. Start from an evaluation or instant base, then move the dials — profit split (65 / 80 / 95%), drawdown type and amount, days between payouts (0, 10, or 21), account size, news on/off, contract scaling on/off. Custom Evaluation comes in 50K / 100K / 150K with a 3% or 5% payout cap; Custom Instant covers 25K through 150K with a 5% profit buffer. This is the only place you can pick the 95% split.

Prime: 40% Consistency Rule (Funded Only)

Prime funded accounts run a 40% consistency rule — no single day’s profit can hit or exceed 40% of your total profit. The eval phase has no consistency cap. Drawdown is Intraday Trailing (it follows your equity tick by tick, not just at session close), and contract scaling is on so position sizes grow with your balance.

Elite: 50% Consistency on Eval Only

Elite evaluation accounts apply a 50% consistency rule on the eval phase — the funded phase has no consistency cap. End of Day trailing drawdown applies (threshold updates only at session close). Fixed contract limits per account size, no scaling. 5 minimum profitable trading days plus 10 calendar days between payout cycles.

Instant: Scaling Consistency Rule (20% → 30%)

Instant accounts start at 20% consistency on the 1st and 2nd payouts, then scale to 25% on the 3rd, and 30% on the 4th payout onwards. The 25K Instant is fixed at 20% with no scaling. End of Day trailing drawdown locks at the starting balance after the 5% buffer is reached. No daily loss limit. 7 winning trading days for the first payout.

Custom Instant: 20% → 25% → 30% Consistency

Custom Instant accounts apply 20% consistency on the 1st payout, 25% on the 2nd, and 30% on the 3rd. The Custom Instant 25K is fixed at 20%. Pick your own profit split (65% / 80% / 95%), drawdown limits, payout frequency, news handling, and contract scaling at checkout.

Custom Evaluation: 50% Consistency on Eval Only

Custom Evaluation accounts apply 50% consistency on the eval phase only — no consistency rule on the funded stage. Choose between a 3% or 5% payout cap during checkout. Available in 50K, 100K, and 150K sizes. Reset fees scale by configuration.

End of Day Trailing Drawdown (Elite, Instant, Custom)

The drawdown threshold updates only at session close based on closed PnL. Once the account hits the buffer or the locking threshold, the drawdown locks at the account’s starting balance. Losing days do not change the drawdown — it only adjusts upward after profitable days.

Intraday Trailing Drawdown (Prime Only)

Prime is the one program that runs on Intraday Trailing — the threshold tracks your highest unrealized equity tick by tick instead of just at session close. It’s stricter than EOD and punishes oversizing, but it rewards conservative position management. Once you’ve cleared the buffer, the drawdown locks at the starting balance like everything else.

Expert Advisors / Bots Not Permitted

Fully automated trading using AI, bots, or EAs is prohibited at FuturesElite. All trades must be discretionary and executed manually by the account holder.

News Trading (Varies by Account)

News trading restrictions apply to funded phases, Instant accounts, and Custom Evaluations — Custom Challenges and Custom Instants require a news add-on at checkout to enable news during the relevant phase. For Tier 1 events (FOMC, CPI, NFP), trades must be closed at least 2 minutes before release and reopened no sooner than 4 minutes after the data hits. Straddles and disguised news plays are prohibited.

Microscalping Permitted (Within Limits)

FuturesElite permits microscalping subject to two thresholds: trades must hold for at least 11 seconds (anything under 10s is excluded) and produce no more than 1 point of profit on NQ (or the equivalent on other instruments). On evals, if scalping exceeds 50% of the target, the account is not eligible for funding. On funded accounts, scalp trades stay in the request but are deducted from your buffer/leftover — if the scalped amount exceeds the buffer, the account is breached.

Copy Trading (Approval Required, Own Accounts Only)

Copy trading is allowed but must be requested, reviewed, and approved before activation. You must submit an HTML trading history of the master account (3+ months, with your name visible). Permitted scope: between your own FuturesElite accounts, from your own broker account, or from your own other prop firm accounts. Third-party traders, signal services, paid copy services, and using someone else’s account as the master are all strictly prohibited.

Hedging & Reverse Trading

Hedging or reverse trading using different accounts, multiple users, or within the same challenge is not permitted. Order fill manipulation — placing multiple limit orders at the same price to influence fills — is also prohibited.

Account Rolling Prohibited

Purchasing and aggressively trading multiple challenge accounts hoping at least one passes is prohibited. The 2% CME price-limit rule also applies — trading any product within 2% of a CME price limit is forbidden.

Inactivity Rule

Standard accounts are terminated after 29 days of no trading activity. Instant accounts purchased after Nov 23 2025 require at least one trade every 7 days or the account is breached. Funded subscription accounts remain active with recurring monthly payments even without trades, but regular activity is encouraged. Terminated accounts can be recovered by settling outstanding payments.

Trading Hours & Weekend Closure

Futures trading hours: 6:00 PM EST to 5:00 PM EST the next day, with a daily settlement break from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST. Markets close from Friday 5:00 PM EST until Sunday 6:00 PM EST. No overnight positions: all trades must be closed by 4:59 PM EST daily. Open positions are automatically liquidated by the system at session close.

Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA)

DCA is allowed provided it is not your primary trading strategy. Discretionary DCA into a single thesis is fine; using DCA mechanically as the core method is grounds for review.

Giveaway Account Rules

Giveaway accounts follow standard rules with the following exceptions: 2% payout cap, 8% profit target, 21 days between payouts (regardless of plan/size), and a 50% consistency rule on the challenge phase only.

Fair Play Enforcement

If prohibited trading practices are detected, the account may be terminated without warning, profits voided, and previously passed evaluations reviewed to prevent progression to funded. Full fair play guidelines: see the FuturesElite FAQ at faq.futureselite.com.

Instant Account Payouts

Request up to 60% of total profits per cycle once the profit goal and 7 winning trading days are met. 1st payout requires the higher initial profit goal ($1,500 / $2,500 / $5,000 / $8,000 for 25K / 50K / 100K / 150K); subsequent payouts use lower thresholds. Tier-based payout caps scale with payout number on 50K-150K accounts. The 25K Instant has a fixed $1,000 cap per request.

Prime Account Payouts

Request 50% of total profits per cycle once 5 minimum profitable trading days are met (with required PnL per day) and the profit goal is hit. Minimum 7 calendar days between payout cycles. 40% consistency requirement applies. Payout caps: $1,300 (50K) / $2,500 (100K) / $3,500 (150K).

Elite Account Payouts

Same structure as Prime — 50% of profits, 5 minimum profitable days — but with a longer minimum cycle of 10 calendar days between payouts. Tier-based caps scale by payout number: 50K = $1,300 / $1,500 / $1,500; 100K = $2,500 / $2,900 / $2,900; 150K = $3,500 / $3,900 / $3,900.

Custom Account Payouts

Custom Evaluation: 50% of profits per request after 5 profitable trading days. 50K = $1,300/$1,500 caps; 100K = $2,500/$2,900; 150K = $3,500/$3,900. Custom Instant: up to 60% of profits per cycle after 7 profitable days. Caps mirror standard Instant tiers.

Profit Goal Per Trading Day

Each profitable trading day must meet a minimum PnL: 25K = $100/day, 50K = $150/day, 100K = $250/day (Prime/Elite) or $300/day (Custom Instant), 150K = $350/day (Prime/Elite) or $450/day (Custom Instant). Days that don’t meet the minimum don’t count toward the payout requirement.

Withdrawal Methods & Limits

RISE (Riseworks): no minimum, no maximum. Crypto: $500 minimum per request — remaining balance can still be withdrawn via RISE. Bank/broker transfer fees may apply on the recipient side; these are outside FuturesElite’s control.

Sim Funded Payout Cap ($50,000)

Sim Funded accounts cap cumulative payouts at $50,000 per account. Exceptional traders with proven consistency may be transitioned to a Live Funded Account before reaching that cap, unlocking higher earning potential.

Path to Live Funded

After your 4th consecutive payout and at least 3 months of trading data, FuturesElite reviews your performance individually for consistency, risk management, and style. Exceptional traders may receive a private invitation to transition to live trading sooner; others may need more data before approval.

Live Funded Profit Split (100% → 90/10)

Live Funded accounts pay 100% of all profits up to your first $10,000 in withdrawals. After that threshold, the split becomes 90% to you and 10% to FuturesElite. There are no restrictions on payout frequency on Live Funded.

Riseworks KYC

A valid KYC verification on Riseworks is required to process payouts. Sign up at riseworks.io using the same email registered with FuturesElite. First-time payouts require signing agreements via Riseworks before processing — subsequent payouts typically arrive within 24 hours.

95% Profit Split (Custom Accounts)
Prime, Elite, and Instant all run at 80% as the standard split. The 95% option is unlocked on Custom evaluations and Custom Instants — you pick 65 / 80 / 95% at checkout. Live Funded sits on its own 100% → 90/10 structure.

Expert Review & Ratings

Our read on FuturesElite after digging through their rule sheets and FAQ: this is a firm worth a serious look if you want flexibility most futures shops don’t offer. The Custom configurator is the standout. Being able to dial in 95% split, pick your drawdown type, and choose your payout cadence (0, 10, or 21 days) puts you in the driver’s seat in a way the preset programs don’t. Prime suits traders who size conservatively — intraday trailing punishes overtrading but rewards discipline with contract scaling. Elite trades the scaling for a gentler EOD trailing drawdown. Instant skips the eval entirely if you’d rather pay once and go straight to a payout track, and the 25K Instant at $239 (or $167.30 with MAY30) is one of the cheapest no-eval entries in the space. The catches: EAs and bots are off the table, scalping has hard rules (11-second minimum hold, 1 point max on NQ), and the 25K Instant locks consistency at 20% the whole way without tiering up like the larger Instant accounts do. The 4.6 Trustpilot score after a year of operation is hard to argue with.

Deep Dive

More About FuturesElite

Is FuturesElite Legit?

Yes. FuturesElite is operated by Quantum SRL, an Italian-registered company at Corso G. Matteotti 61, Latina 04100, founded by Christian Habibi in November 2024. The firm has a public Trustpilot presence sitting at 4.6 across roughly 288 reviews after their first year, which is a meaningful signal — fake firms don’t survive that long with public feedback at that volume. Payouts run through Riseworks (a regulated payment-rails company that handles KYC and compliance) or directly via crypto on a $500 minimum, and traders consistently report 24-hour turnaround from request to receipt. Their full rule book — drawdown definitions, consistency thresholds, payout caps, news handling, scalping limits — is published openly in the FAQ rather than buried in fine print. The one thing every futures prop firm gets asked about: accounts are simulated until you earn an invite to a Live Funded account where you trade real capital, which is industry standard across the futures prop space right now.

FuturesElite vs Other Futures Prop Firms

FuturesElite vs Tradeify: Tradeify runs a flat 90% standard split out of the US with a longer operating history. FuturesElite stays at 80% standard but lets you push it to 95% on Custom configurations, and the Live Funded track on top pays 100% of your first $10K. The platform lineup also goes deeper at FuturesElite — seven options vs. Tradeify’s smaller stack. Both firms permit news trading on Instant; FuturesElite Elite has Tier 1 restrictions.

FuturesElite vs Elite Trader Funding: ETF supports 13+ platforms and uses a 100/90 tiered split structure. FuturesElite’s seven-platform stack is in the same depth ballpark, and once you factor in the 95% Custom split plus the 100% Live Funded ramp, the take-home math lands in a similar range. The real differentiator is the Custom configurator — FuturesElite lets you set your own split, drawdown type, payout cadence, news, and contract scaling at checkout, which ETF doesn’t offer.

FuturesElite vs FXIFY Futures: FXIFY Futures runs a leaner 3-platform stack (Tradovate, TradingView, NinjaTrader) across Standard / Expert / Sim Live programs, all on EOD trailing. FuturesElite is broader — four programs including Custom, with Intraday Trailing as an option on Prime — and the 4.6 Trustpilot edges out FXIFY Futures’ rating. Both firms have a no-eval one-time-fee track (Direct to Sim Live vs. Instant), but FuturesElite’s 25K Instant gives you a cheaper entry point than anything FXIFY Futures lists.

FuturesElite Frequently Asked Questions

What is the profit split at FuturesElite?

The standard split is 80% on Prime, Elite, and Instant. The 95% split lives on Custom configurations — you choose 65 / 80 / 95% at checkout. Live Funded accounts pay 100% of your first $10,000 in withdrawals, then settle to 90/10.

What is the difference between Prime, Elite, and Instant?

Prime is a monthly subscription on Intraday Trailing drawdown with contract scaling on. Elite is a monthly subscription on EOD trailing with fixed contract caps. Instant is a one-time fee that skips the eval entirely — EOD trailing, no buffer required, 7 winning days to your first payout.

What account types does FuturesElite offer?

Four programs. Prime (50K–150K, monthly, Intraday Trailing, scaling on, 40% consistency on funded). Elite (50K–150K, monthly, EOD trailing, fixed contracts, 50% consistency on eval / 40% on funded). Instant (25K–150K, one-time fee, EOD trailing, scaling consistency 20%→30%). Custom (configurable evaluation or instant in 50K–150K, with 95% split available).

What is the maximum allocation at FuturesElite?

$1,500,000 in total simulated capital across all your funded accounts combined. Sim Funded accounts cap individual cumulative payouts at $50,000 per account; exceptional traders may be transitioned to a Live Funded account before they hit that ceiling.

What trading platforms does FuturesElite support?

Seven options: Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Quantower, ATAS Orderflow Trading, Volumetrica Trading, DeepCharts (powered by dxFeed), and DeepMap (powered by dxFeed).

Does FuturesElite allow Expert Advisors (EAs)?

No. EAs, bots, and any fully automated trading are off the table — trading has to be discretionary and executed by you, by hand.

Does FuturesElite allow scalping?

Microscalping is allowed inside their thresholds — trades have to hold at least 11 seconds and can’t make more than 1 point on NQ (or equivalent on other instruments). On the eval, if your scalp profits cover more than 50% of the target you won’t be cleared for funding. On funded accounts, scalp profits stay in your payout request but get deducted from your buffer; if they exceed the buffer the account is breached.

How does the FuturesElite payout structure work?

Instant: 7 winning days for your first payout. Elite: 5 profitable days plus a 10-day gap between cycles. Prime: 5 profitable days plus a 7-day gap between cycles. Custom: depends how you build it. Payments go through Riseworks (no minimum) or crypto ($500 minimum). Live Funded pays 100% of your first $10,000, then 90/10.

Is there a consistency rule at FuturesElite?

Yes, and it varies by program. Prime: 40% on funded only. Elite: 50% on the eval phase only. Instant: starts at 20% on your first two payouts, then 25% on the third, 30% on the fourth onwards. Custom Evaluation: 50% on the eval phase only. Custom Instant: scales 20%→25%→30%. The 25K Instant and 25K Custom Instant stay fixed at 20% throughout.

How often are payouts at FuturesElite?

Payouts run on a 5-day cycle once you’ve requested one — Prime needs 5 winning days plus a 7-day gap, Elite needs 5 winning days plus a 10-day gap, Instant runs a 7-winning-day cycle, and Custom is configurable (0, 10, or 21 days). Funds typically arrive inside 24 hours through Riseworks (no minimum) or crypto ($500 minimum).
