PipFarm runs out of Singapore and has been live since 2023. The whole operation is built on cTrader, so if you trade fast and want serious automation support, you're starting from a strong base. The firm gives you two ways in: Instant accounts skip the evaluation entirely and drop you on a sim-funded account from day one, while Standard challenges run through an evaluation phase in your choice of three modes (Consistency, Endurance, Classic) and three formats (1-Stage Static, 1-Stage Trailing, 2-Stage Static). The XP Experience Program

Your profit split is tied to your Rank in the XP Experience Program. New traders start at Rank 0 with a 70% split. Each rank increases the split: Rank 1 (10 XP) = 75%, Rank 2 (25 XP) = 80%, Rank 3 (50 XP) = 85%, Rank 4 (100 XP) = 90%, Rank 5 (200 XP) = 95%, Rank 6 (300 XP) = 99%. Rank also affects max loss limits and commission rates — Rank 2+ unlocks more lenient drawdown and Rank 6 trades commission-free.

Leverage (Dynamic)

Forex 1:30, Metals 1:20 (challenge) or 1:10 (funded), Indices 1:20 (challenge) or 1:20 (funded), Oil 1:20 (challenge) or 1:10 (funded), Crypto 1:2. Leverage reduces dynamically as net exposure grows. An extra leverage add-on is available (up to 1:50 forex).

Payout Interval

30 calendar days by default. Bi-weekly (14 days) is a +10% add-on, weekly (7 days) is a +25% add-on. Across multiple funded accounts you can only receive one payout every 7 days regardless of add-ons (personal payout interval).

Minimum Payout Requirement

Consistency: 1% of starting balance plus 35% or lower Consistency Score. Endurance: 2% plus 3 profitable days. Classic: 3% plus 3 trading days. Instant: 1% plus 6% profit target, 25% or lower Consistency Score, 5 winning days.

Pip Protector (Instant only)

2% Max Risk Limit per trading session on Simulated Funded Accounts. Operates on a three-strike structure: each time the limit is reached, open positions are closed automatically and your risk allowance is reduced. Not active during challenge stages.

Stop Out Violation (hard breach)

If your margin level falls to 100% and cTrader auto-closes positions, the account is terminated immediately as a hard breach — cannot be appealed or protected by Power-Ups. Applies to all accounts created on or after 9 March 2026.

Consistency Score

Best day ÷ total profit. Consistency Mode requires 35% or lower. Instant requires 25% or lower. From 9 April 2026, Classic and Endurance also require 50% to qualify for payouts on funded accounts.

News Trading

Allowed on every program with no time-window restrictions. Repeatedly placing max-size positions just before major events may be flagged under the toxic trading policy.

Weekend Holding & Trading

Holding positions overnight and through weekends is allowed. Weekend crypto trading is also allowed. Gap trading rule applies: profit from gaps larger than 0.2% is deducted (soft breach — no termination).

Expert Advisors / Bots

Allowed if built around your own strategy. Bots purchased from cTrader cBot marketplaces, MQL5 Market, or any third-party vendor are prohibited. cTrader Automate, cTrader Plugins, and the cTrader Open API are all supported.

Copy Trading

Allowed between your own accounts in any direction — PipFarm to PipFarm, PipFarm to other prop firms, PipFarm to brokers. Copying another trader's signals or strategies is prohibited.

Hedging

Allowed within a single account. Hedging across multiple accounts (same instrument or correlated) is treated as toxic trading and results in permanent disqualification from all accounts involved.

High-Frequency Trading

Prohibited. Manual scalping, swing, and intraday trading are allowed. Strategies that fire dozens or hundreds of trades in seconds or exploit latency are not permitted.

Maximum Allocation

Up to 5 funded accounts from challenges (max $300,000 combined). Up to 3 Instant accounts (max $300,000 combined). Challenges have no limit. Scaling-program funding is exempt from these caps.

Inactivity Rule

You must close at least one trade every 28 days to keep your account active. A warning email is sent 3 days before the deadline. Trade size and duration do not matter — any closed trade resets the timer.

Time Limit

90 days per stage on accounts purchased from 9 April 2026 onward. Extended Time Limit add-on unlocks 180 or 360 days. Accounts purchased before 9 April 2026 have a 365-day time limit per stage. Clock resets on stage progression and on each payout (Simulated Funded).

Swap-Free Add-On

Available for an additional 10% fee. Instead of swap charges, an administrative fee is applied. Standard accounts have swaps charged at 22:00 GMT, with triple swap on Wednesdays for FX/metals and Fridays for indices/energy.

KYC Verification

Required before the first payout. For some payment methods, you also need to sign a contract.
