CryptoAbout PineX Capital
PineX Capital started trading in 2024, operating as Pinex Software Solutions L.L.C-FZ from Meydan Grandstand in Dubai under Milan T. It holds on Trustpilot across reviews, and covers forex, indices, metals, energies, US and EU stocks and crypto on TradeLocker, with MetaTrader 5 listed as coming.
Five programs is unusually broad. 1-Step asks 9% with a 3% daily and 6% max loss, both static. 2-Step splits 8% and 5% with a wider 10% max loss. Instant Funding skips evaluation for a 3% trailing daily and 8% trailing max, with a 2% cap per trade idea. Instant Funding Elite tightens the max to 6% and adds a 1% floating-loss cap, but drops the consistency rule. Pay Later is the cheapest way in at €34.00 for a 4% target, on a 15-day clock.
The 1-Step fee refund is the standout term: your challenge fee comes back in full on the 3rd payout. It applies to 1-Step accounts only, so it is worth weighing against the cheaper Pay Later route, which has no refund at all.
Consistency is where the programs genuinely diverge. 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant Funding Elite carry none. Instant Funding applies 20% of total profit, and Pay Later applies the same but only once funded. If a consistency rule is what has failed you before, three of the five routes here remove it entirely.
Qualifying days matter more than the target on the instant routes. Payouts need days that each clear 0.5% profit — four on 1-Step, five on Instant Funding, six on Elite, three on Pay Later. The 2-Step program is the exception, needing four trading days with no profit condition attached.
Leverage is generous on evaluations and drops once funded. FX majors run 1:100 on 1-Step, 2-Step and Pay Later, falling to 1:30 or 1:50 on the funded account. US stocks are the outlier: 1:30 on 1-Step and the instant routes, but 1:5 on 2-Step and Pay Later, which is worth knowing if equities are part of your strategy.
Payouts run every 21 exchange days as standard. Two paid add-ons change that: one cuts the cycle to 14 days, the other lifts the split from 80% to 100%. Withdrawals go by bank transfer or crypto, and every payout needs completed KYC plus a compliance review.
Two restrictions shape day-to-day trading. Expert Advisors are prohibited outright, with the single exception of a trade copier between your own accounts. And news trading is closed for a 10-minute window around major releases — five minutes either side — covering stops, take-profits and pending orders, not just manual entries.

Two paid upgrades bought at checkout. 100% Reward Rate lifts the split from 80%, and 14-day payout schedule cuts the cycle from 21 exchange days to 14. Instant Funding Elite only offers the 14-day schedule — there is no reward-rate add-on on that program. There is no weekend-holding add-on on any program.

Unlimited trading days on 1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funding and Instant Funding Elite. Only Pay Later has a deadline, at 15 days.
Overnight Holding Allowed

Max Loss Per Trade Idea — Instant Funding Restricted
2% of the account on any single trade idea.

15-Day Evaluation — Pay Later Restricted

Hard Breach Restricted
Breaching the daily drawdown, the maximum drawdown or a per-trade loss limit closes the account immediately. Closed accounts cannot be reactivated.
Evaluation Review Restricted
After passing, the whole evaluation is reviewed before the funded account is issued — usually 3 business days, occasionally longer.
News Trading — 10-Minute Window Restricted
The affected instrument cannot be opened or closed from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a major release — a release at 18:00 blocks 17:55 to 18:05. That covers stops, take-profits, pending and limit orders, and a breach closes the account. Pay Later is exempt during its 15-day evaluation; the restriction starts once funded.
Consistency — Two Programs Only Restricted
20% of total profit on Instant Funding, and on Pay Later once funded. 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant Funding Elite carry none at all, on the evaluation or the funded account.
Qualifying Trading Days Restricted
Payouts need days that each clear 0.5% profit: 4 on 1-Step, 5 on Instant Funding, 6 on Instant Funding Elite, 3 on Pay Later. The 2-Step program needs 4 trading days without the profit condition.
Inactivity — 30 Days Restricted
An account is inactive if no trade is both opened and fully closed within 30 calendar days. A warning goes out 5 days before closure, and one completed trade resets the clock.
KYC and Compliance Review Restricted
Every payout requires completed KYC, and each account passes a compliance review before funds are released.

PineX Capital Reviews & Ratings
Rated by our community & expert team
PineX Capital has traded since 2024 from Meydan Grandstand in Dubai, under Milan T., and holds on Trustpilot from reviews. Five routes to funding, which is more than most firms offer: 1-Step and 2-Step evaluations, Instant Funding and Instant Funding Elite, plus a Pay Later challenge that starts at €34.00. The split runs 80% standard, or 100% with the add-on, and accounts reach $300,000 with scaling to $2,000,000. Two things stand out: 1-Step refunds your fee in full on the 3rd payout, and there is no consistency rule on 1-Step, 2-Step or Elite. Against that, Expert Advisors are prohibited and news trading is restricted to a 10-minute window.
Summary
A Dubai-based firm trading since 2024 under Milan T. Five programs from $5,000 to $300,000, $600,000 in active allocation and scaling to $2,000,000, on TradeLocker. on Trustpilot from reviews.
The split is 80% standard and payouts run every 21 exchange days. Add-ons lift those to 100% and 14 days. Entry starts at €34.00 on Pay Later, which takes no discount code; with code GUIDE a 5K 1-Step is €39.50 and refunds the fee in full on your 3rd payout.
Read three things before buying: Expert Advisors are prohibited, news trading closes for 10 minutes around major releases, and consistency applies only to Instant Funding and funded Pay Later accounts.
Deep Dive
More About PineX Capital
Is PineX Capital Legit?
PineX Capital operates as Pinex Software Solutions L.L.C-FZ, registration number 2643553.01, from Meydan Grandstand in Dubai. A named legal entity and registration number is more than many firms publish, and it holds on Trustpilot across reviews.
The caveat is age. Trading since 2024 makes this one of the newer firms we cover, and a shorter payout history than the established names. Nothing in the terms looks designed to trap traders, but there is less track record to judge against than with a firm five years in.
The 1-Step fee refund on the 3rd payout is genuinely good and worth naming. Get three payouts and the challenge cost you nothing. It applies to 1-Step only, which makes the pricing decision less obvious than it looks — Pay Later is cheaper up front but never refunds.
The absence of a consistency rule on three of five programs is the other real advantage. Most firms apply one everywhere. Here 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant Funding Elite have none at all, so a single strong day cannot hold up a withdrawal.
What will affect you daily is the Expert Advisor ban. Automation is prohibited outright apart from a copier between your own accounts, so systematic traders should look elsewhere. It is a harder line than most forex firms take.
The news rule is stricter than the usual wording implies. The 10-minute window blocks stop-losses, take-profits and pending orders, not just manual entries — so a stop sitting on an affected instrument cannot execute during it. Positions opened beforehand may be held through, provided you do not close them.
Worth planning around: weekend holding is permitted on Instant Funding only, not on 1-Step, 2-Step or Elite. Hedging and grid trading are prohibited. Accounts go inactive after 30 calendar days without a completed trade, though a warning arrives 5 days ahead and one trade resets it.
PineX Capital vs Other Forex Prop Firms
PineX Capital sits in a crowded part of the market, so the useful comparisons are program range, whether automation is allowed, and what the fee actually costs after refunds.
PineX Capital vs Blueberry Funded: Both run wide program ranges with instant options. Blueberry allows Expert Advisors; PineX prohibits them, which is the deciding factor for anyone running automation. PineX counters with a 100% fee refund on 1-Step and no consistency rule on three of five programs.
PineX Capital vs Instant Funding: A direct comparison on the instant routes. PineX offers two tiers — standard trailing and an Elite variant with end-of-day trailing — where most firms offer one. The 20% consistency rule on standard Instant Funding is the trade-off; Elite carries none.
PineX Capital vs Hola Prime: Hola Prime is the more established name with a longer payout record. PineX is newer but reaches $300,000 accounts and offers the Pay Later route at €34.00, which is among the cheapest entries in forex prop trading.
PineX Capital vs Funded Trading Plus: Funded Trading Plus has years of history and no consistency rule anywhere. PineX matches that on three programs and adds the fee refund, but is two years old against a firm with a far longer record. Weigh track record against terms.

PineX Capital operates as Pinex Software Solutions L.L.C-FZ, registration number 2643553.01, from Meydan Grandstand in Dubai. It has traded since 2024, which makes it newer than most firms we cover — the terms are sound but there is less payout history to judge against.

How many trading days do I need before a payout?

How large can a PineX Capital account get?
Accounts are sold up to $300,000, with $600,000 in maximum active allocation. The free PineX Growth Plan scales to $2,000,000 in simulated capital. Instant Funding and Direct Funding accounts cannot be merged.
What happens if I stop trading?
An account is considered inactive if no trade is both opened and fully closed within 30 calendar days. A warning is sent 5 days before closure, and completing one trade resets the period.
