CryptoAbout Blue Guardian Futures
Blue Guardian Futures is the CME futures arm of Blue Guardian, a forex prop firm that has been running considerably longer than most of the futures brands that launched alongside it. It opened in November 2024, operates from Dubai under CEO Sean Bainton, and holds on Trustpilot across reviews. You trade on NinjaTrader, TradingView, Tradovate or DeepCharts, and every payout settles through Riseworks.
There are four programs and sixteen accounts, each program sold at $25K, $50K, $100K and $150K. They are not price tiers. They are four different rulebooks at the same split, and picking the wrong one costs more than picking the wrong size.
The split is 90/10 everywhere. No ladder to climb, no upgrade to buy, no headline number that quietly caps out at a threshold. Allocation reaches $750,000 across your funded accounts.
Standard has the highest payout caps here, and they go up rather than down — $1,500 on your first withdrawal rising to $2,000 after, up to $4,000 then $4,500 on a 150K. There is no consistency rule at all while you evaluate, then 40% once funded. The 25K carries no daily loss limit; from 50K up there is a soft breach that closes your positions for the session without failing the account.
Reserve is the fewest-rules account and the cheapest way in at $83.00. A loose 50% consistency rule on the challenge, then nothing once funded, no daily loss limit at any stage, and no buffer requirement — the only program here where every dollar above the trailing floor is withdrawable. Payouts need five winning days and take up to 50% of profit per request.
Express pays every day. That is the whole proposition, and it is a genuine one: withdraw daily up to $600 on a 25K, $1,100 on a 50K, $2,200 on a 100K or $3,300 on a 150K. You pay for it with a buffer you cannot draw below — $1,600 to $5,100 by size — and a daily loss limit that tightens once you are funded.
Direct hands you a funded account on day one with no target to pass, and then applies the tightest rules on the page. Consistency escalates rather than sitting still: 20% on your first payout, 25% on the second, 30% from the third. Each payout carries its own profit goal too, front-loaded so the first is always the hardest.
Reserve is also sold two ways, which is easy to miss at checkout. The standard build has no daily loss limit. The alternative adds one — $600, $1,200, $1,700 or $3,000 by size — and takes 20% off the fee for accepting it. Everything else is identical. Prices on this page are the standard no-limit build.
All four trail end of day, so the floor only moves at the daily close and never drops back. Intraday drawdown is invisible to it unless you are still holding at the bell. Sessions run 8:00 to 16:10 EST and everything closes automatically at 4:10 PM, which does not count as a breach but does rule out holding overnight or over a weekend.
The rulebook is unusually specific about what counts as gaming a simulated fill. Scalping is fine — a few minutes for 5 to 10 points. Microscalping is not, and the line is a number rather than a judgement call: under 50% of your total profit may come from trades held less than 10 seconds. Martingale is prohibited. So are AI and bots, though semi-automated tools are allowed if you are actually watching them.
News trading is allowed on every program at both stages, which is rarer in futures prop than it sounds. The rule that will actually catch you is inactivity: 7 calendar days without a trade breaches a funded account, 30 on an evaluation.
Programs & Modes
Standard
Premium caps and a fast cadence. A 6% target with no consistency rule while you evaluate, then 40% once funded. The payout caps are the highest here and they rise after the first withdrawal instead of tightening. The 25K has no daily loss limit; larger sizes carry a soft breach that closes positions for the session without failing the account. Sizes 25K to 150K, from $116.00.
Profit Split: 90/10
Target $1,500–$9,000 | Max Loss $1,000–$5,000 | Daily $1,000–$3,000 on 50K+ | Contracts 1–12 Minis | Min Days 1 | Payouts 7 Days
Reserve
The fewest rules and the cheapest entry. No daily loss limit, a loose 50% consistency rule on the challenge and none at all once funded, plus no buffer requirement, so everything above the trailing floor is yours to withdraw. Payouts need five winning days and take up to 50% of profit per request. A lower-priced build swaps the freedom for a daily limit at 20% off. Sizes 25K to 150K, from $83.00.
Profit Split: 90/10
Target $1,500–$9,000 | Max Loss $1,000–$4,500 | No Daily Limit | Contracts 2–12 Minis | Min Days 1 | No Buffer | Payouts 7 Days
Express
Daily payouts, cash flow on tap. Withdraw every day up to $600, $1,100, $2,200 or $3,300 depending on size. A 40% consistency rule applies on the challenge and none once funded. The trade-off is a buffer of $1,600 to $5,100 you cannot draw below, and a daily loss limit that tightens once funded. Sizes 25K to 150K, from $80.00.
Profit Split: 90/10
Target $1,500–$9,000 | Max Loss $1,000–$4,500 | Daily limit tightens once funded | Contracts 1–12 Minis | Min Days 1 | Payouts Every Day
Direct
Skip the evaluation, no shortcuts after. Funded from day one with no profit target, and then the tightest funded rules on the page: consistency escalates from 20% on the first payout to 25% on the second and 30% from the third, and every payout carries its own profit goal. The most expensive route in. Sizes 25K to 150K, from $230.00.
Profit Split: 90/10
Target None | Daily $1,000–$3,000 | Max Loss $1,500–$4,500 | Contracts 1–12 Minis | Escalating consistency | Payouts 7 Days
Profit Split & Payouts
Every Blue Guardian Futures account pays 90/10, identical across all four programs and all four sizes. What changes is the cadence and the ceiling. Express pays every day, capped at $600, $1,100, $2,200 or $3,300 by size. Standard, Reserve and Direct run a weekly cadence. Standard has the highest caps and they increase after your first withdrawal rather than shrinking. Reserve needs five winning days clearing $100 to $250 by size and takes up to 50% of profit per request, but requires no buffer at all. Direct attaches a profit goal to every payout, higher for the first than the ones after, and caps requests at $1,000 to $3,000 for payouts one to three. Standard and Express both hold a buffer of $1,600 to $5,100 that only profit above is eligible against. Everything settles through Riseworks in USD or crypto.
Platforms & Vendors
Four platforms: NinjaTrader, TradingView, Tradovate and DeepCharts. Contract limits are consistent across the programs at each size — 1 mini on a 25K (2 on Reserve), 4 on a 50K, 8 on a 100K and 12 on a 150K — with micros at ten times the mini limit. Sessions run 8:00 to 16:10 EST, or 6:00 PM to 4:10 PM EST, and every position closes automatically at 4:10 PM without counting as a breach. Allocation reaches $750,000 across your funded accounts.

25% Off All Accounts
25% off every Blue Guardian Futures account with code GUIDE — Standard, Reserve, Express and Direct, all sizes from $25K to $150K. Multi-account bundles cut it further, up to 100% off a fifth account.
News Trading Allowed
Allowed. There is no news blackout on any program, at either stage — unusual in futures prop.
Scalping Allowed
Accepted as a strategy. Holding for a few minutes and targeting 5 to 10 points is fine; it is microscalping that is prohibited, not scalping itself.
Semi-Automated Trading Allowed
Permitted, but only if you actively monitor and manually manage the trades and understand what the system is doing. Hands-off, round-the-clock automation is not.
Copy Trading Allowed
Allowed between accounts you legally own, third-party copier software included. That covers copying between your own Blue Guardian Futures accounts and your own external accounts.
No Time Limit Allowed
No deadline on any of the three evaluations. There is no stated minimum trading day requirement either, so one session is enough to clear a target — Direct is funded from day one and has nothing to pass.
Auto-Close Is Not a Breach Allowed
Open trades close automatically at 4:10 PM EST and that auto-close does not breach the account.
No Activation Fee Allowed
One fee at checkout and nothing else. No activation charge and no subscription.
Reserve Needs No Buffer Allowed
Reserve is the only program with no buffer requirement, so every dollar above the trailing floor is withdrawable.
Resets & Funded Reactivation Allowed
A failed evaluation can be reset, and a breached funded account can be reactivated for a separate, higher fee. Reserve resets at $75.00, $104.00, $167.00 or $312.00 by size, with reactivation at $300.00, $600.00, $750.00 or $900.00. Express resets at $121.00 on a 50K, $191.00 on a 100K or $261.00 on a 150K, with reactivation at $649.00, $999.00 and $1,499.00. Reset pricing is not published for the 25K Express, or for Standard and Direct.
Multi-Account Bundles Allowed
Buying more than one account cuts the price further — 30% off two, 35% off three, 40% off four, and up to 100% off a fifth on Standard and Direct.
Consistency — Differs by Program Restricted
No single day may contribute that share or more of total profit. Standard 40% on funded only. Reserve 50% on the challenge, none funded. Express 40% on the challenge, none funded. Direct escalates — 20% on the first payout, 25% on the second, 30% from the third.
The 10-Second Rule Restricted
Less than 50% of your total profit may come from trades held under 10 seconds. It applies on the evaluation and the funded account, and leaning too hard on ultra-short trades can mean profit adjustments, a payout review or further action.
Automated Scalping — 200 Trades a Day Restricted
Automated systems built for ultra-high-frequency scalping are limited, and anything running more than 200 trades a day is not permitted.
Trading Hours Restricted
8:00 to 16:10 EST, or 6:00 PM to 4:10 PM EST. All trades close automatically at 4:10 PM EST, which means nothing is carried overnight or through the weekend.
Buffer Requirement Restricted
Standard and Express funded accounts hold a buffer that cannot be withdrawn from — $1,600 on a 25K, $2,100 on a 50K, $3,600 on a 100K and $5,100 on a 150K. Only profit above it is eligible. Reserve and Direct have no buffer.
Maximum Payouts Restricted
Standard $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $4,000 on the first payout, then $2,000 / $3,000 / $3,500 / $4,500. Reserve 50% of profit up to $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000. Express a daily cap of $600 / $1,100 / $2,200 / $3,300. Direct $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 on payouts 1 to 3, then $1,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $3,500.
Reserve — 5 Winning Days Restricted
Reserve payouts need five winning days clearing $100 on a 25K, $150 on a 50K, $200 on a 100K or $250 on a 150K.
Direct Profit Goals Restricted
Each Direct payout carries its own goal, front-loaded so the first is hardest: $1,500 then $1,000 on a 25K, $3,000 then $2,000 on a 50K, $6,000 then $3,500 on a 100K, $9,000 then $4,500 on a 150K.
Reserve Risk Option Restricted
Reserve is sold two ways. The standard build has no daily loss limit. The lower-priced build adds one — $600, $1,200, $1,700 or $3,000 by size — for 20% off. Prices on this page are the standard build.
Maximum Contracts Restricted
1 mini on a 25K (2 on Reserve), 4 on a 50K, 8 on a 100K and 12 on a 150K. Micros are ten times the mini limit. Exceeding a limit is a hard breach.
Inactivity Restricted
At least one trade every 30 calendar days on an evaluation account, and every 7 on a funded one. Miss it and the account is treated as inactive and breached.
Maximum Risk-to-Reward 5:1 Restricted
Trades must stay inside a 5:1 risk-to-reward ratio.
2% Price Limit Rule Restricted
No trading any product within 2% of a CME price limit. All activity must comply with CME Group rules.
Martingale Prohibited
Not permitted. Progressively increasing position size after a losing trade or a run of losses to recover them is prohibited, and any activity identified as martingale is subject to review and action.
Microscalping Prohibited
A high volume of trades held under 10 seconds. Prohibited because it exploits the simulated fill algorithm — inflated evaluation numbers that do not survive real slippage and latency.
Automated Tools Prohibited
AI, bots and other fully automated trading mechanisms are strictly prohibited across all account types. Fully hands-off, day-and-night trading is forbidden.
Copying Other Traders Prohibited
Copying from other traders, signal providers or trade groups, or letting a third party manage or execute trades for you, is strictly prohibited and can mean account review or termination.
Collaborative Trading Prohibited
Coordinated trading with others to run identical or opposing strategies across unconnected accounts is not allowed.
Gapped or Illiquid Market Trading Prohibited
Strategies aimed at exploiting isolated fills in low-liquidity or gapped markets are not permitted.
Slippage & Bracket Exploitation Prohibited
Using tight brackets, or taking advantage of the simulated market's lack of slippage to win favourable fills, is forbidden.
Trading Without Stops Prohibited
Trading without a stop-loss and relying on the trailing threshold to close a trade — effectively blowing the account on purpose — is not allowed.
All-In Trading Prohibited
Using maximum contract sizes to chase a big win early and overcome the trailing drawdown, then downsizing later, is prohibited.
Order Placement Manipulation Prohibited
Placing multiple limit orders at the same price to manipulate order fills is strictly prohibited.
Consequences Prohibited
Blue Guardian can terminate immediately for a policy breach, confiscates profit made through prohibited practices, and reviews every passed evaluation — a trader found in breach is not funded and may be ineligible for a refund. Full list: Blue Guardian Futures prohibited strategies →

90/10 on every account • Express pays every day • Reserve needs no buffer • Standard has the highest caps
Profit Split
90/10 on all four programs and every size. There is no scaling ladder and nothing to buy that raises it.
Standard
A buffer of $1,600 / $2,100 / $3,600 / $5,100 by size sits under the account and cannot be withdrawn from — only profit above it is eligible. The first payout is capped at $1,500, $2,500, $3,000 or $4,000, and every payout after that at $2,000, $3,000, $3,500 or $4,500. The cap goes up after the first withdrawal rather than down.
Reserve
No buffer requirement at all, which no other program here can say. Payouts need five winning days clearing $100, $150, $200 or $250 by size, and each request takes at most 50% of your profit up to $1,000, $2,000, $2,500 or $3,000.
Express — Every Day
The fastest cadence in the lineup. Withdraw every day, capped at $600 on a 25K, $1,100 on a 50K, $2,200 on a 100K and $3,300 on a 150K. The trade-off is the same buffer as Standard — $1,600 to $5,100 by size — that you cannot draw below.
Direct — Profit Goals
Each payout carries its own goal, front-loaded so the first is the hardest: $1,500 then $1,000 on a 25K, $3,000 then $2,000 on a 50K, $6,000 then $3,500 on a 100K, and $9,000 then $4,500 on a 150K. Requests are capped at $1,000, $2,000, $2,500 or $3,000 for payouts one to three, then $1,000, $2,500, $3,000 or $3,500 from the fourth.
Consistency at Withdrawal
Standard applies 40% once funded and nothing on the evaluation. Reserve and Express apply none once funded. Direct escalates with each payout — 20%, then 25%, then 30% from the third.
Processing
All payouts settle through Riseworks, which supports USD and crypto.

Blue Guardian Futures Reviews & Ratings
Rated by our community & expert team
Blue Guardian Futures is the CME futures arm of the longer-established Blue Guardian brand, run from Dubai by CEO Sean Bainton since November 2024, and it holds on Trustpilot from reviews. Four programs, sixteen accounts, all paying 90/10 with allocation to $750,000. They are four rulebooks at one split rather than four price tiers: Standard has the biggest caps and no consistency rule while you evaluate, Reserve drops the daily limit, the funded consistency rule and the buffer entirely, Express pays every day, and Direct funds you on day one with consistency that tightens at every payout. Scalping is welcome, microscalping is not, and seven days without a trade breaches a funded account.
Summary
A Dubai futures firm under CEO Sean Bainton, trading since November 2024 as the futures arm of Blue Guardian. Sixteen accounts from $25,000 to $150,000 across four programs, on four platforms, with allocation reaching $750,000. on Trustpilot from reviews.
Entry is $80.00 with code GUIDE, which takes 25% off every account. Bundles cut it further, up to 100% off a fifth account on Standard and Direct.
Three things to read before you buy: the split is 90/10 everywhere so the choice is purely about rules, the consistency rule works differently on all four programs, and a funded account breaches after seven calendar days without a trade.
Deep Dive
More About Blue Guardian Futures
Is Blue Guardian Futures Legit?
Blue Guardian Futures is the futures line of Blue Guardian, a forex prop firm with a longer record than most brands that entered futures in 2024. It runs from Dubai under CEO Sean Bainton and holds on Trustpilot across reviews. Payouts settle through Riseworks, which is on-chain, so the tracker above shows real transfers rather than screenshots the firm chose to publish.
The split is 90/10 everywhere, which is honest if unspectacular. Nothing to climb, nothing to buy, no headline percentage that turns out to have a threshold on it. What you are choosing between is four rulebooks at one price point, so read them properly before you pick a size.
Standard is the one to take if you want room at withdrawal. No consistency rule while you evaluate, 40% once funded, and the highest caps here — which, unusually, rise after the first payout rather than tightening. The 25K has no daily loss limit at all; from 50K up there is a soft breach that closes your positions for the session and leaves the account alive.
Reserve is the value pick and probably the one most traders should look at first. A loose 50% on the challenge, then no consistency rule once funded, no daily loss limit at any point, and no buffer requirement — every dollar above the trailing floor is withdrawable. It is also the cheapest entry at $83.00, with payouts starting from five winning days of $100 on a 25K.
Express is the one nobody else really offers. Daily payouts, up to $3,300 a day on a 150K, on a funded account. If you need income rather than a balance that grows, that is a different product from what the rest of the futures field sells. The buffer is the cost — $1,600 to $5,100 by size that you cannot draw below.
Direct is the most expensive route and the strictest once funded. The escalating consistency rule is the part worth thinking about: 20% on your first payout, 25% on the second, 30% from the third. It gets harder the longer you hold the account, which is the opposite of how most firms structure it.
The rulebook is precise about what counts as gaming a simulated fill, and it draws lines other firms leave vague. Scalping is accepted — a few minutes for 5 to 10 points. Microscalping is prohibited, defined numerically: under 50% of your total profit may come from trades held less than 10 seconds, at both stages. Martingale is prohibited, AI and bots are banned, semi-automated tools need active monitoring, and anything running above 200 trades a day is out.
Two things will end an account faster than drawdown. The 7-day funded inactivity rule is the harshest line on the page — a week away and the account is breached, with evaluations getting 30 days. And copy trading is allowed only between accounts you legally own; copying a signal provider or letting anyone trade for you is a termination offence.
If an account does go, Reserve and Express can be reset rather than rebought — $75.00 to $312.00 on Reserve, $121.00 to $261.00 on Express — with a separate, higher reactivation fee if it was a funded account that breached.
Blue Guardian Futures vs Other Futures Prop Firms
Blue Guardian competes on rule variety and payout cadence rather than on a bigger split. Here is how that reads against the rest of the futures field.
Blue Guardian Futures vs Apex Trader Funding: Apex pays a flat 100% against 90/10 here, and that is the clearest gap between them. Apex answers with a 50% consistency rule at every request and a six-payout ceiling per account. Blue Guardian has no ceiling, allows news trading throughout, and on Express will pay you daily. If cash flow matters more than the last ten points, that trade is worth making.
Blue Guardian Futures vs Take Profit Trader: Take Profit Trader has the longer futures record and a simpler menu, and it will not breach your account for a quiet week. Blue Guardian offers four genuinely different rulebooks and a daily payout option. One product done well against four to choose from.
Blue Guardian Futures vs DayTraders: Both are newer futures brands leaning on payout speed. DayTraders keeps the rulebook short; Blue Guardian gives you the choice and is explicit about where scalping ends and microscalping begins. Compare the consistency rules closely, because Blue Guardian applies its during the challenge on three of the four programs.
Blue Guardian Futures vs Elite Trader Funding: Elite runs the wider menu of account types and drawdown styles; Blue Guardian keeps it to four and makes them easy to tell apart. Elite if you want to pick a drawdown mechanic. Blue Guardian if you want a daily payout account, or a funded stage with no consistency rule and no buffer at all.
Blue Guardian Futures Frequently Asked Questions
Is Blue Guardian Futures legit?
Blue Guardian Futures is the CME futures arm of Blue Guardian, operating from Dubai under CEO Sean Bainton since November 2024. It trades on four platforms including NinjaTrader, TradingView and Tradovate, and settles every payout through Riseworks, which is on-chain and verifiable on our payout tracker.
What programs does Blue Guardian Futures offer?
Four, across sixteen accounts from $25,000 to $150,000. Standard has the highest payout caps and no consistency rule while you evaluate. Reserve has no daily loss limit, no funded consistency rule and no buffer. Express pays every day. Direct skips the evaluation entirely.
What is the Blue Guardian Futures profit split?
90/10 on every program and every account size. There is no scaling ladder, no tiered upgrade and no add-on that raises it, so the choice between programs is about rules rather than percentage.
Which Blue Guardian Futures program pays daily?
Express. You can withdraw every day, capped at $600 on a 25K, $1,100 on a 50K, $2,200 on a 100K or $3,300 on a 150K. The trade-off is a buffer of $1,600 to $5,100 by size that you cannot draw below.
Which Blue Guardian Futures program has the fewest rules?
Reserve. It applies 50% consistency on the challenge and none once funded, has no daily loss limit at any stage, and requires no buffer — so every dollar above the trailing floor is withdrawable. It is also the cheapest entry at $83.00.
What is the Blue Guardian Futures consistency rule?
It differs by program. Standard has none on the challenge and 40% once funded. Reserve is 50% on the challenge and none funded. Express is 40% on the challenge and none funded. Direct escalates by payout number — 20% on the first, 25% on the second, 30% from the third.
How much does a Blue Guardian Futures account cost?
From $80.00 for a 25K Express with code GUIDE, which takes 25% off every account. A 25K Reserve is $83.00, a 25K Standard $116.00 and a 25K Direct $230.00. Bundles reduce it further, up to 100% off a fifth account on Standard and Direct.
What is the Reserve risk option at Blue Guardian Futures?
Reserve is sold in two builds. The standard one has no daily loss limit at all. The alternative adds one — $600 on a 25K, $1,200 on a 50K, $1,700 on a 100K or $3,000 on a 150K — and takes 20% off the fee for accepting it. Everything else about the account is identical.
What is the buffer requirement at Blue Guardian Futures?
Standard and Express funded accounts hold a buffer of $1,600 on a 25K, $2,100 on a 50K, $3,600 on a 100K or $5,100 on a 150K. Only profit above it can be withdrawn. Reserve and Direct have no buffer requirement.
What is a soft breach at Blue Guardian Futures?
A daily loss that closes your open positions for that session but leaves the account alive to trade the next day. Standard uses a soft breach from 50K upward; the 25K Standard has no daily loss limit at all.
Are there payout caps at Blue Guardian Futures?
Yes, and they vary. Standard has the highest and they rise after the first withdrawal — $1,500 then $2,000 on a 25K, up to $4,000 then $4,500 on a 150K. Reserve takes 50% of profit up to $1,000 to $3,000 by size. Express caps the daily payout at $600 to $3,300. Direct caps requests at $1,000 to $3,000 for payouts one to three, then $1,000 to $3,500.
Do Direct accounts have a profit target?
No target to pass, since there is no evaluation. But each payout carries its own profit goal — $1,500 then $1,000 on a 25K, rising to $9,000 then $4,500 on a 150K. The first payout goal is always the highest.
How many trading days do I need at Blue Guardian Futures?
There is no stated minimum, so one session is the floor — you have to trade at least a day to reach a target. That applies to Standard, Reserve and Express. Direct is funded from day one and has nothing to pass.
Is there a time limit at Blue Guardian Futures?
No. None of the three evaluations carry a deadline, and Direct has no evaluation stage at all.
How does the Blue Guardian Futures drawdown work?
Every account trails end of day, so the floor only updates at the daily close and never drops back. Intraday drawdown does not count against you unless the position is still open at the close.
Can I scalp at Blue Guardian Futures?
Yes. Scalping is accepted — holding a few minutes and targeting 5 to 10 points. Microscalping is not, and the rule is numeric: less than 50% of your total profit may come from trades held under 10 seconds, on the evaluation and the funded account alike.
Is martingale allowed at Blue Guardian Futures?
No. Progressively increasing position size after a losing trade or a run of losses to recover them is prohibited, and any activity identified as martingale is subject to review and action.
Can I use bots or automated trading at Blue Guardian Futures?
