About DayTraders
DayTraders is a US futures prop firm that opened in August 2024 under CEO Leo Riot. It holds on Trustpilot across reviews. Trading runs on Rithmic, which gets you ten front ends including Quantower, Sierra Chart, Bookmap and ATAS. The firm is also building its own browser platform, ArcTrader, on TradingView charts. It is listed as coming soon at the same price and under the same rules.
There are five ways in and eighteen accounts, from $25,000 to $300,000. EOD, Trail and Static are evaluations. They set the same task and differ only in how the loss floor behaves. Instant is funded from the moment you pay, with no evaluation at all. Live is an evaluation too, but the account you qualify into holds real money rather than a simulator.
The profit split is 100% on EOD, Trail, Static and Instant. There is no first-$10,000 threshold, no tier that kicks in later and no cap tied to how many payouts you have taken. Live pays 80%, which is what real capital costs.
Payout requests are approved automatically. No human reviews them, which removes the step where most payout complaints in this industry begin. Money is sent through Plane.
The evaluation pricing is the headline. A 25K Static is $40.00 and the activation fee that follows is $5, so a funded 25K account costs $45 in total. The largest evaluation on the board, a 300K EOD, is $400.00. Nothing else in futures prop is priced near this.
The funded routes are where the real money goes. Instant runs $222.00 to $495.00 and Live $179.00 to $449.00. You are buying the funded account outright rather than the right to try for one, so the numbers are five to ten times an evaluation.
DayTraders also lets you hold through the close, overnight and over the weekend. Almost no futures prop firm allows that. Nothing gets flattened at the bell and nothing is closed for you, which cuts both ways: open positions are marked to market, and if that adjustment reaches your maximum loss the account can fail while you are asleep.
Two rules catch people out. A trading day only counts toward passing if it clears the minimum daily profit for that size, $100 on a 25K rising to $400 on a 300K. Two green sessions of $30 will not pass anything. And the consistency rule runs during the evaluation as well as at withdrawal, so clearing the target in one enormous session leaves you stuck.
Programs & Modes
EOD
The newest route and the only evaluation with a daily loss limit, running $800 on the 25K to $3,250 on the 300K. The floor is recalculated once a day off your closing balance, so intraday spikes never move it unless you are still holding at the bell. Max loss is tighter than Trail at every size in exchange. Four sizes, from $80.00.
Profit Split: 100% on every payout
Target $1,500 to $15,000 | Daily Loss $800 to $3,250 | Max Loss $1,000 to $6,500 | Contracts 6 to 40 Minis | Min Days 2 | Time ∞ Unlimited | Activation $5
Trail
The floor follows your highest account value in real time and includes open profit, and it never drops back. What you get for that is no daily loss limit at all, and more room on the max loss than EOD gives you. Same contract limits as EOD. Four sizes, from $55.00.
Profit Split: 100% on every payout
Target $1,500 to $15,000 | Daily Loss None | Max Loss $1,500 to $7,000 | Contracts 6 to 40 Minis | Min Days 2 | Time ∞ Unlimited | Activation $5
Static
The cheapest account here and the most forgiving mechanic on the board. The loss floor is fixed under your starting balance and never moves, so a spike you fail to bank costs you nothing. You pay for that in room: a $2,500 target against a $750 drawdown on the 25K, with 4 minis instead of 6. Four sizes, from $40.00, and the only route with a 100K.
Profit Split: 100% on every payout
Target $2,500 to $6,750 | Daily Loss None | Max Loss $750 to $1,750 | Contracts 4 to 8 Minis | Min Days 2 | Time ∞ Unlimited | Activation $5
Instant — Straight to Funded
No evaluation, no profit target and no activation fee. You are funded the day you buy. The drawdown is EOD trailing, real-time data is free, and the consistency rule is 20% rather than 50%. Ten qualifying days stand between you and each payout. The 25K has no daily loss limit; the 50K and 150K do. Three sizes, from $222.00.
Profit Split: 100% on every payout
Target None | Daily Loss $1,250 to $3,750 (none on the 25K) | Max Loss $1,000 to $6,000 | Contracts 2 to 24 Minis | Min Days 10 | Time ∞ Unlimited | No Activation Fee
Live — Straight to Live
Eight qualifying days clearing $200 on Core, $300 on Edge or $400 on Ultra move the account onto real live capital, and from there you can request a payout every day. Data and the platform licence are included. The 25% consistency rule applies while you qualify and disappears once you are live. The costs are an 80% split and a contract limit that steps down on funding, 2 minis to 1 on Core through 4 to 3 on Ultra. Three plans, from $179.00.
Profit Split: 80% on live capital
Target $3,000 to $15,000 | Daily Loss $1,000 to $3,250 | Max Loss $2,000 to $7,000 | Contracts 2 to 4 Minis | Min Days 8 | Time ∞ Unlimited | No Activation Fee
Profit Split & Payouts
EOD, Trail, Static and Instant pay 100%. Live pays 80%. The cycle depends on the route: the three evaluations request every 8 days with a $500 minimum, Instant every 10 days against a profit target that gets easier each time, and Live every day once your eight qualifying days are done. Every request is approved automatically and paid through Plane. You can hold five accounts of each type at once.
Platforms & Vendors
Everything routes through Rithmic to ten front ends: R|Trader, Quantower, MotiveWave, VolFix, Sierra Chart, Jigsaw, ATAS, Finamark, WealthCharts and Bookmap. ArcTrader is the firm's own browser platform, built on TradingView charts and listed as coming soon at the same price and rules. Real-time data is free on Instant and Live, and Live covers the platform licence as well. Commissions are charged per side on every filled contract.

News Trading Allowed
No blackout window. You can hold through CPI, FOMC and NFP, open into them and close out of them, with no forced flattening and no penalty afterwards.
Holding Through the Close, Overnight and Over Weekends Allowed
Positions carry through the bell, overnight and across the weekend. Most futures prop firms flatten you at the close, so swing trading is genuinely on the table here. Read the mark-to-market rule below before you use it.
Algorithmic & Automated Trading Allowed
Allowed on all five routes, inside the high-frequency limits set out below.
Scalping Allowed
No minimum hold time. You can open and close in seconds.
Copy Trading Allowed
Allowed between accounts registered to you. Trade copiers are fine across your own DayTraders accounts.
Dollar-Cost Averaging Allowed
Explicitly permitted. DayTraders separates it from martingale: adding to a position is fine, doubling size after a loss to win it back is not.
Automatic Payout Approvals Allowed
No person reviews your request. This is the firm's main selling point and it removes the step where most payout disputes start.
100% Profit Split on Four Routes Allowed
EOD, Trail, Static and Instant all keep nothing. No threshold, no tier, no cap tied to payout count. Live pays 80%.
Free Real-Time Data on Instant and Live Allowed
Data fees are covered on both, worth $150 on Live. Live also includes the platform licence.
A Path to Real Capital Allowed
Live moves you onto live markets after eight qualifying days, with scaling from there. Very few futures firms offer this at all.
Consistency Changes by Route and by Stage Restricted
EOD, Trail and Static run 50% while you evaluate and 30% once funded. Instant is a flat 20%. Live applies 25% during the qualifying period only and drops it entirely once the account is live. Being checked before you are funded is the part that catches people: clear the target in one huge session and you will sit there waiting.
A Qualifying Day Needs a Dollar Minimum Restricted
A day only counts if it clears the minimum daily profit for that size. $100 on a 25K, $200 on a 50K, $300 on a 100K or 150K, $400 on a 300K. Small green days do not count at all.
Qualifying Days by Route Restricted
EOD, Trail and Static need 2 to pass. Instant needs 10 between payouts. Live needs 8 before the account moves onto real capital.
Mark-to-Market on Anything You Hold Restricted
The cost of being allowed to hold. Open positions are marked to market, and if that adjustment takes you to your maximum loss the account can fail overnight. DayTraders will not close positions for you at the close either. Open positions and pending orders are your problem.
Live Drawdown Stops Trailing at Your Starting Balance Restricted
On a Live account the floor trails intraday up to your starting balance and then stops, at $50,000 on Core, $150,000 on Edge and $300,000 on Ultra. The maximum loss itself is the same at both stages: $2,000, $4,500 and $7,000.
Live Contract Limits Step Down Restricted
What you trade while qualifying is not what you get on live capital. Core goes from 2 minis to 1, Edge 3 to 2, Ultra 4 to 3. Plan the account on the funded number.
Activation Fee — $5 Restricted
Charged once when an EOD, Trail or Static account funds. At $5 it barely registers, which is unusual for futures prop, where activation is often the larger half of the cost. Instant and Live have none.
EOD Daily Loss Limit Restricted
EOD is the only evaluation with one: $800 on the 25K, $1,250 on the 50K, $2,000 on the 150K, $3,250 on the 300K. Trail and Static have none. On Instant it applies to the 50K and 150K but not the 25K.
Minimum Activity Depends on Your Plan Restricted
A monthly account is rebilled every 30 days from the purchase date and needs one qualifying trading day per cycle. A lifetime account is paid once and needs four qualifying days in any rolling 30 days. The day has to clear the minimum daily profit either way. Consistency is not checked for this.
Five Accounts of Each Type Restricted
Five EOD, five Instant and five Live accounts can run at once, up to $4,500,000 in combined funded capital.
Payouts Go Through Plane Restricted
Plane is the only method. There is no Riseworks route, so DayTraders payouts never appear in our on-chain tracker.
Hedging, Inside One Account and Across Accounts Prohibited
Wider than most firms write it. You cannot hold both sides of the same instrument in one account, you cannot be long NQ in one account and short NQ in another, and correlated instruments count too. Long NQ against short ES is hedging as far as DayTraders is concerned.
High-Frequency Trading Prohibited
Systems that fire hundreds or thousands of orders per second or minute are banned, as is anything working millisecond or microsecond price gaps. Heavy trade volume in a short window gets flagged on its own, even without an obvious algorithm behind it.
Martingale Prohibited
Doubling or sharply increasing size after a loss to win it back is a violation on any instrument and any account type. Sizing has to stay inside your account's drawdown and position limits. Dollar-cost averaging is the permitted alternative.
Restricted Countries
We only track firms that pay via RISEPAY on-chain. This firm uses a different payout method.
See All Live-Tracked Firms →100% split on four routes • Approved automatically • $500 minimum • 8 or 10 days, daily on Live • Paid via Plane
Approved Automatically
No person signs off your request on any route. This is the single biggest practical difference between DayTraders and most of the futures field, because the review queue is where payout complaints usually start.
Profit Split
EOD, Trail, Static and Instant keep nothing back. No threshold, no tier, no cap tied to how many payouts you have already taken. Live pays 80%, which is the price of trading real money instead of a simulator.
$500 Minimum, No Fee
Same floor on Pro and Instant accounts, and DayTraders takes nothing off the top. Live works differently: there is no minimum, just a $1,000 buffer you have to leave in place.
Pro Accounts — EOD, Trail and Static
Request every 8 days, minimum $500. Three numbers gate it. Your qualifying day has to clear the minimum daily profit, your balance has to reach the request threshold, and a set amount has to stay behind afterwards. The cap per request runs $1,000 on a 25K to $5,000 on a 300K.
| Account | Min. Daily Profit | Balance to Request | Balance After | Max Request |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $100 | $26,600 | $26,000 | $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $200 | $52,600 | $52,000 | $2,000 |
| $100,000 | $300 | $103,100 | $103,000 | $3,000 |
| $150,000 | $300 | $155,100 | $153,500 | $3,500 |
| $300,000 | $400 | $307,600 | $305,000 | $5,000 |
Instant Accounts
Request every 10 days, minimum $500. There is no balance threshold. Instead you hit a profit target between payouts, and it gets easier as you go: the first is the hardest and it settles from the third onwards. Once a payout is approved, your next session counts as Day 1 of the new cycle.
| Account | Min. Daily Profit | Target 1 | Target 2 | Target 3+ | Max Request |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $100 | $2,000 | $1,500 | $1,000 | $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $200 | $3,500 | $3,000 | $2,500 | $2,000 |
| $150,000 | $300 | $10,000 | $5,000 | $3,500 | $3,000 |
Live Accounts and the $1,000 Buffer
Every live account keeps a $1,000 buffer above its starting balance. On a $50,000 Core plan, anything above $51,000 comes out with no restriction, and you can request daily.
Consistency at Every Request
50% while you evaluate and 30% once funded on EOD, Trail and Static. A flat 20% on Instant. Live applies 25% during qualifying and nothing at all once live.
Minimum Daily Profit
$100 on a 25K, $200 on a 50K, $300 on a 100K or 150K, $400 on a 300K. A day under the threshold does not count toward the requirement, however green it was.
Plane Only
DayTraders does not pay through Riseworks, so there is no on-chain record and no live tracker on this page.
Activation Comes First on the Evaluations
A funded EOD, Trail or Static account does not go live until the $5 activation is paid. Instant and Live have no activation at all.
Max Contract Sizes by Program
EOD — End-of-Day Trailing
Trail — Intraday Trailing
Static — Fixed Drawdown
Instant — Straight to Funded
Live — Straight to Live
One mini equals ten micros, and the two can be traded together. The figures in cyan are the evaluation limits; on a Live plan the limit steps down once the account is on live capital, shown underneath.

DayTraders Reviews & Ratings
Rated by our community & expert team
DayTraders opened in August 2024 and runs out of the United States under CEO Leo Riot, one of the younger firms in futures prop. It scores on Trustpilot across reviews. Five routes and eighteen accounts from $25,000 to $300,000, all on Rithmic, with allocation to $4,500,000. EOD, Trail and Static are evaluations separated only by how the loss floor behaves, Instant funds you the day you buy, and Live qualifies you onto real capital with daily payouts. Payout requests are approved automatically rather than by a person, four of the five routes pay a flat 100%, and an evaluation starts at $40.00 with a $5 activation. Read the qualifying day minimums and the consistency rule first: a day only counts if it clears $100 to $400 by size, and the rule applies while you are still trying to pass.
Summary
DayTraders is a US futures prop firm, trading since August 2024. Eighteen accounts from $25,000 to $300,000 across five routes: EOD, Trail, Static, Instant and Live. Everything runs on Rithmic across ten platforms, and you can hold up to $4,500,000 in funded capital. It scores on Trustpilot from reviews.
The cheapest way in is a 25K Static at $40.00, plus a $5 activation once it funds. Code GUIDE applies at checkout on any account.
Three things decide whether this firm suits you. Payouts are approved automatically on every route. A trading day only counts toward passing if it clears the minimum daily profit for that size. And the consistency rule is enforced while you are still trying to pass, not only when you withdraw.
Deep Dive
More About DayTraders
Is DayTraders Legit?
Yes. DayTraders is a real futures prop firm based in the United States, operating since August 2024 under CEO Leo Riot. It holds on Trustpilot from reviews. Trading goes through Rithmic and payouts are sent through Plane.
We cannot verify its payouts on-chain. DayTraders pays through Plane rather than Riseworks, so nothing shows up in our live payout tracker. What we can look at is the process, and it is cleaner than most: requests are approved automatically rather than sitting in a review queue. That queue is where the majority of payout disputes in this industry start.
Two caveats. The firm is young at two years, and the current evaluation prices look like a launch offer rather than a settled price list. A 25K Static at $40.00 with a $5 activation undercuts every established futures firm by a wide margin. Reset pricing is also not published anywhere. Ask support what a reset costs before you plan on buying several attempts.
DayTraders vs Other Futures Prop Firms
Three things put DayTraders ahead of the field: payouts approved without a human in the loop, a 100% split with no threshold attached, and evaluation prices nothing else comes close to. It gives ground on the consistency rule during the evaluation and on how little it publishes about resets.
DayTraders vs Apex Trader Funding: The obvious comparison, since both pay a flat 100%. Apex has four more years behind it and no consistency rule until you are funded, but it checks 50% at every request and stops you at six payouts per account. DayTraders has no payout cap and approves automatically, though its rule starts during the evaluation. Price is not close: a 25K Trail is $55.00 plus $5 activation, against $249 list and $59 activation at Apex.
DayTraders vs Bulenox: Bulenox opens more platforms, twenty-one front ends against ten, and one session is enough to pass where DayTraders wants two qualifying days that each clear a dollar minimum. The split decides it for most people. Bulenox pays 100% only on your first $10,000 and 90% after that, while DayTraders keeps nothing at all on four of its five routes.
DayTraders vs Take Profit Trader: Take Profit Trader has charged no activation fee anywhere, which used to be a real edge. At $5 the DayTraders activation stopped mattering, so this now comes down to the funded stage. Take Profit Trader has the longer track record. DayTraders has the higher split, the daily-payout Live route and the ability to hold overnight.
DayTraders vs Tradeify: Tradeify pays a flat 90% with no activation anywhere and a cost structure you can work out in your head. DayTraders pays 100% and hands you five different loss mechanics to pick from, including a floor that never trails and a route onto real capital with scaling. Tradeify is the simpler buy. DayTraders has the higher ceiling.
DayTraders Frequently Asked Questions
Is DayTraders legit?
Yes. DayTraders has traded since August 2024 from the United States under CEO Leo Riot. Orders route through Rithmic and payouts are sent through Plane. It does not use Riseworks, so its payouts do not appear in our on-chain tracker.
What accounts does DayTraders offer?
Eighteen accounts across five routes, from $25,000 to $300,000. EOD, Trail and Static are evaluations that differ in how the loss floor behaves. Instant is funded the day you buy it with no evaluation. Live is an evaluation as well, with a target and eight qualifying days, but it funds you onto real capital rather than a simulator, sold as Core, Edge and Ultra plans.
What is the DayTraders profit split?
100% on EOD, Trail, Static and Instant, with nothing held back and no threshold or tier. Live pays 80%, which is what trading real capital costs rather than a simulated account.
How much does a DayTraders account cost?
Evaluations run from $40.00 for a 25K Static to $400.00 for a 300K EOD. The funded routes cost more because you buy the account outright: Instant is $222.00 to $495.00 and Live $179.00 to $449.00. Code GUIDE applies at checkout.
What is the cheapest DayTraders account?
A 25K Static at $40.00, plus the $5 activation once it funds. That makes a funded 25K account $45 in total, which undercuts every established futures prop firm by a wide margin.
What is the DayTraders activation fee?
$5, charged once when an EOD, Trail or Static account funds. Instant and Live accounts have none.
Does DayTraders have a daily loss limit?
EOD is the only evaluation with one: $800 on the 25K, $1,250 on the 50K, $2,000 on the 150K and $3,250 on the 300K. Trail and Static have none. On Instant it applies to the 50K and 150K but not the 25K, and every Live plan carries one.
What is the DayTraders consistency rule?
It changes by route and by stage. EOD, Trail and Static run 50% during the evaluation and 30% once funded. Instant is a flat 20%. Live applies 25% while you qualify and drops it entirely once the account is live. Being checked before you are funded is the part that catches people, because clearing the target in one large session leaves you waiting.
How many trading days do I need at DayTraders?
Two qualifying days on EOD, Trail and Static. Ten on Instant between payouts. Eight on Live before the account moves onto real capital.
What is a qualifying day at DayTraders?
A trading day that clears the minimum daily profit for that account size: $100 on a 25K, $200 on a 50K, $300 on a 100K or 150K and $400 on a 300K. A day under the threshold does not count toward the requirement at all.
How do payouts work at DayTraders?
EOD, Trail and Static request every 8 days with a $500 minimum, gated on a balance threshold and a minimum balance left behind. Instant requests every 10 days, also $500 minimum, against a profit target that gets easier with each cycle. Live pays daily, with everything above a $1,000 buffer available. Every request is approved automatically and paid through Plane.
How long do DayTraders payouts take?
Requests are approved automatically rather than queued for manual review, so there is no waiting on a person. Money is sent through Plane.
Can I trade the news at DayTraders?
Yes, with no restrictions. There is no blackout window around high-impact releases and nothing gets closed for you.
Can I use algorithmic or automated trading at DayTraders?
Yes, on every route, but high-frequency trading is not allowed. Systems firing hundreds or thousands of orders per second or minute are banned, as is anything working millisecond price gaps. Heavy trade volume in a short window gets flagged on its own.
Can I scalp at DayTraders?
Yes, with no minimum hold time. The line is high-frequency trading, not speed itself.
Is martingale allowed at DayTraders?
No. Doubling or sharply increasing size after a loss to win it back is prohibited on any instrument and account type. Dollar-cost averaging is explicitly allowed, so the firm is drawing the line at chasing losses rather than at adding to a position.
Can I hedge at DayTraders?
No, and the rule is wider than most. You cannot hold both sides of the same instrument in one account, you cannot be long NQ in one account and short NQ in another, and correlated instruments count too. Long NQ against short ES is treated as hedging.
Can I hold trades overnight at DayTraders?
Yes. Positions can be held through the close, overnight and over the weekend, which almost no futures prop firm allows. The catch is that open positions are marked to market, and if that adjustment reaches your maximum loss the account can fail. DayTraders will not close anything for you at the close, so open positions and pending orders are your responsibility.
How many DayTraders accounts can I hold?
Five of each account type at once, up to $4,500,000 in combined funded capital.
How many contracts can I trade at DayTraders?
From 2 minis on a 25K Instant up to 40 on a 300K EOD or Trail. Static is the tightest of the evaluations at 4 to 8 minis. On Live plans the limit steps down once you are on live capital: Core 2 minis to 1, Edge 3 to 2, Ultra 4 to 3. One mini equals ten micros.
Can I reset a DayTraders account?
DayTraders does not publish a reset price for any route. Ask support before assuming a failed account can be restarted.
Is there a time limit at DayTraders?
No deadline to pass. There is an activity requirement instead: a monthly account needs one qualifying trading day per 30-day billing cycle, and a lifetime account needs four qualifying days in any rolling 30 days.
What is the difference between a monthly and a lifetime DayTraders account?
A monthly account is rebilled every 30 days from the purchase date and needs one qualifying trading day per cycle to stay active. A lifetime account is a one-time payment with no rebilling and needs four qualifying days in a rolling 30-day period. Consistency is not checked for either requirement.
What platforms does DayTraders support?
Ten, all through Rithmic: R|Trader, Quantower, MotiveWave, VolFix, Sierra Chart, Jigsaw, Finamark, ATAS, WealthCharts and Bookmap. ArcTrader, the firm's own browser platform on TradingView charts, is listed as coming soon at the same price and rules.
What is the maximum allocation at DayTraders?
$4,500,000 combined, across up to five accounts of each type.
