Temporary Metals Risk Adjustment
Effective Jan 31, 2026: Metals leverage reduced to 1:3, weekend holding restricted for all account types. All positions (including crypto) must close by Friday 4:30 PM EST (auto-close, not a violation). Weekend Holding Add-On exempt. New crypto trades allowed after Friday 8:00 PM EST. News Trading
Evaluation: Allowed without restrictions. Funded/Instant Funding: Prohibited within 5 minutes before and after high-impact news events. Violation results in profit deduction unless trade was open 5 hours prior. Instant Prime: Allows news trading with add-on.
Expert Advisors (EAs)
Allowed only on 1-Step Flash, 2-Step Pro and 2-Step Plus challenge accounts, NOT on funded accounts. Traders must customize EA settings, cannot hide EA usage, and cannot use commercially available automated EAs.
External API Usage
