News Trading

Expert Advisors (EAs)

You can use EAs as long as they comply with prohibited trading practices. However, high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies/systems and Gold Arbitrage EAs are not allowed.

Copy Trading

Copy trading of any kind is strictly prohibited. Each account must be traded individually, and traders cannot duplicate trades or trade ideas, whether manually or via EA between accounts at any stage.

Inactivity Rule

30 consecutive days of inactivity. Inactive accounts within this period are breached.

Risk Management Limits

GFT may impose a 1% risk limit per trade idea if excessive risk-taking is detected. Using over 80% of available margin on a single trade is prohibited.

Prohibited Trading Practices

Exploit pricing/platform errors, use insider information, front-run trades, all-or-nothing trading, hedging across accounts, third-party EAs, strategy switching between evaluation and funded, Martingale/Grid recovery systems, and duplicate trades across accounts.
