WorkMarketAbout E8 Markets
E8 Markets is a US-based prop firm founded in November 2021 and run by CEO Dylan Elchami. This review covers its forex side, which E8 calls Classic Markets: forex, indices, metals, energy and crypto CFDs on cTrader, Match-Trader, MetaTrader 5 or TradeLocker. E8 also runs separate futures and perpetuals programs.
There are two challenges, and both are a single phase with no time limit. E8 One asks for 9% under a 4% daily limit and a 6% dynamic drawdown, and it can be passed in one day. E8 Pro asks for 6% under a 2.5% daily limit and a 6% static drawdown, but only 2% of profit per day counts, so it takes at least three days. You build the account at checkout: raise or lower the max loss, raise the split to 90% or 100%, pick standard or raw spreads, and add swap-free for 10% more.
Funded E8 One accounts carry a 40% best-day rule and can pay out 3 days after funding. E8 Pro has no consistency rule and no payout cap, and you can request a payout every day once you are up 1%. Half of your profit is paid out under your split and the other half stays in the account as a buffer. Payouts go out through Riseworks, Aeropay or WorkMarket, and code GUIDE takes 30% off every account.
Challenge Programs
E8 One
One phase with a 9% target, a 4% daily limit and a 6% drawdown that trails your highest closed balance until it locks at the starting balance. You can pass in a single day. Once funded, no day can be 40% or more of your total profit, and news trading pauses around high-impact releases. Sizes 5K–500K, from $34.00 with code GUIDE.
Profit Split: 80%, up to 100%
Target 9% | Max Loss 6% | Daily 4% | Min Days 1 | Time Unlimited | No Activation Fee
E8 Pro
A 6% target, a 2.5% daily limit and a 6% static drawdown fixed to the starting balance. Only 2% of the initial balance per day counts toward the target and toward payouts. There is no consistency rule and no payout cap, news trading is allowed on every stage, and payouts can be requested daily. Sizes 5K–500K, from $20.00 with code GUIDE.
Profit Split: 80%, up to 100%
Target 6% | Max Loss 6% | Daily 2.5% | Min Days 3 | Time Unlimited | No Activation Fee

30% Off
Code GUIDE takes 30% off every E8 One and E8 Pro account at every size. The $5K E8 Pro drops from $28.00 to $20.00, the $100K E8 One from $488.00 to $342.00 and the $500K E8 Pro from $2,469.00 to $1,729.00.
News Trading (E8 Pro & E8 One Challenge) Allowed
News can be traded without restrictions on every E8 Pro stage and during the E8 One challenge. E8 still warns that slippage is simulated around big releases, just as it would be in a live market.
Weekend & Overnight Holding Allowed
Positions can be held overnight and over the weekend on every stage of E8 One and E8 Pro. Gaps, slippage or wider spreads when markets reopen are your risk if they cause a breach.
Expert Advisors Allowed
Any EA is allowed as long as the strategy is your own. E8 allows one strategy per user, so a third-party EA that several traders run can get the accounts closed.
Copy Trading Between Your Own Accounts Allowed
You can copy trades across your own challenge, funded and personal accounts, as long as every account belongs to you.
Martingale & Position Sizing Allowed
Martingale, re-entries and your own position sizing are allowed, as long as the strategy follows the account rules and could be executed in a real market.
No Stop-Loss Required Allowed
A stop-loss or take-profit is not required. Every loss limit still applies.
News Trading (E8 One Funded) Restricted
On a funded E8 One account you cannot open, close or modify trades, or use stop and limit orders, from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a high-impact release, or during a speech. Instruments the release does not affect can still be traded. Profit made in the window is removed when you request a payout.
E8 One Best-Day Rule Restricted
Funded E8 One accounts only: no single trading day can be 40% or more of the total profit when you request a payout. The challenge has no consistency rule.
E8 Pro Daily Profit Cap Restricted
Only 2% of the initial balance per day counts toward the target and toward payouts, on both stages. You can make more, but the extra does not count. On a $100,000 account that is $2,000 a day.
Trade Duration Restricted
To rule out high-frequency trading, no more than 50% of your trades can be held for under one minute.
Position Size & Technical Limits Restricted
Up to 50 lots per order on forex and indices and 20 lots on XAUUSD. Up to 100 open orders and positions at a time, 2,000 server requests a day (orders, cancels, edits and TP/SL changes) and 2,000 positions a day per account.
Capital Allocation Restricted
Up to $1,750,000 across your accounts. Opening more than one E8 profile to get around the limit is a violation.
Inactivity Restricted
Place and close at least one trade every 60 days or the account is closed with no refund. A single small trade is enough, and new accounts that are never traded count too.
Risk Reviews & De-Risking Restricted
If prohibited practices are detected, E8 can limit your risk to 1% per trade idea. Its risk team may also ask for a longer trading history or a short interview, which is random and not part of every payout.
All-or-Nothing Trading Prohibited
Risking your entire daily drawdown on a single trade is not allowed, nor is large-volume trading with no coherent strategy or risk management.
Hedging Prohibited
Opening opposing positions on the same asset is prohibited, including across multiple accounts that all belong to you.
Team Trading & Signals Prohibited
Trading as a team, copying other traders, identical strategies across users and signal services are all prohibited. Each account must be traded on its own.
Simulation Exploits Prohibited
Feed abuse, freezing, high-frequency trading, straddling and any strategy that only works because the environment is simulated. Breaking a prohibited-practice rule ends the account, and the fee for that account is refunded. Full trading policies →

Live On-Chain Payouts — Last 30 Days
Loading…RISEPAY on-chain data only. Some firms also pay via wire or other crypto — figures are a partial view.
E8 Pro: daily from 1% profit • E8 One: first payout after 3 days • Splits up to 100% • No payout caps
E8 Pro Payouts
Request a payout every day once you are up at least 1% of the initial balance ($1,000 on $100,000). There are no caps, no consistency rule and no minimum trading days. Each payout works in two steps. First, 50% of your total profit becomes the requestable amount, and then your split is applied to it. The other half stays in the account as a buffer, because the static drawdown moves up to the initial balance after your first payout.
E8 One Payouts
The first payout can come 3 days after funding. To request one, no single day can be 40% or more of your total profit, your payout share must be larger than half of your daily limit and the minimum is $100. On a $100,000 account with a 4% daily limit that means at least $2,001. Once your profit is above the drawdown you can withdraw it, but leave a buffer, because taking out everything closes the account.
Profit Split
Both programs start at 80%. At checkout you can raise it to 90% or 100% on E8 One, or to 100% on E8 Pro, for a higher price.
Refunds
The challenge fee is not refunded with a payout. If an account is closed for a prohibited practice, E8 refunds the fee for that account. An account closed for inactivity gets no refund.
Payouts through Riseworks, Aeropay or WorkMarket. Challenges can be paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto.

E8 Markets Reviews & Ratings
Rated by our community & expert team
E8 Markets lets you set your own drawdown, split and spread type at checkout, on four platforms, and E8 Pro pays daily with no caps or consistency rule. On the other hand, E8 Pro only counts 2% of profit a day and pays out half of your profit at a time, and funded E8 One accounts have to stop trading around high-impact news.
Summary
E8 Markets has run prop challenges since November 2021 from the United States. On the forex side you pick E8 One or E8 Pro, both one phase with no time limit, with accounts from $5,000 to $500,000 starting at $20.00 with code GUIDE, and trade on cTrader, Match-Trader, MetaTrader 5 or TradeLocker. E8 One can be passed in a day and lets you set the drawdown and split at checkout. E8 Pro has a static drawdown and daily payouts with no caps or consistency rule. Payouts go out through Riseworks, Aeropay or WorkMarket, and allocation reaches $1,750,000. If you want to set the challenge up around your own risk, it is worth a look, as long as the 2% daily profit cap on E8 Pro fits the way you trade.
Deep Dive
More About E8 Markets
Is E8 Markets Legit?
Yes. E8 Markets has run prop challenges since November 2021 from the United States, with Dylan Elchami as CEO. Besides the forex programs reviewed here, the same company runs separate futures and perpetuals programs.
Like nearly every prop firm, E8 trades in a simulated environment, and payouts are a share of that simulated profit. The rules are written out in detail, including position-size and server limits, the trade-duration rule and when the risk team can step in. The downsides are clear too: E8 Pro counts only 2% of profit per day, half of each payout stays in the account as a buffer, and funded E8 One accounts have a news blackout and a 40% best-day rule.
E8 pays through Riseworks, and those payouts settle on-chain, so you can follow them in the live payout tracker on this page.
E8 Markets vs Other Forex Prop Firms
E8 Markets vs The5ers: The5ers has been around since 2016 and offers far more routes, from Bootcamp to High Stakes, with splits that scale up to 100% as you grow. E8 Markets keeps it to two one-phase challenges, but lets you buy a 100% split from day one and pays daily on E8 Pro.
E8 Markets vs Alpha Capital: Alpha Capital is a UK firm covering forex, metals, indices, energy and crypto with splits up to 90% and payouts every 3 days. E8 Markets covers the same markets, lets you pick from cTrader, Match-Trader, MetaTrader 5 or TradeLocker, and pays daily on E8 Pro with splits up to 100%.
E8 Markets vs FXIFY: FXIFY, based in Dubai, offers instant funding alongside 1-step and 2-step evaluations and funds up to $400,000. E8 Markets has no instant account, but its one-phase challenges go up to $500,000 per account and $1,750,000 in total.
E8 Markets Frequently Asked Questions
Is E8 Markets legit?
Yes. E8 Markets is a US-based prop firm founded in November 2021 and led by CEO Dylan Elchami. It also runs futures and perpetuals programs, and it pays traders through Riseworks, Aeropay and WorkMarket. Riseworks payouts settle on-chain, so they show up in our live payout tracker.
What is the E8 Markets discount code?
GUIDE. It takes 30% off every E8 One and E8 Pro account at every size.
How much does E8 Markets cost?
With code GUIDE, the $5,000 E8 Pro costs $20.00 and the $5,000 E8 One costs $34.00. A $100,000 account is $328.00 on E8 Pro or $342.00 on E8 One, and the $500,000 accounts cost $1,729.00 and $1,399.00.
What is the difference between E8 One and E8 Pro?
E8 One is a one-phase challenge with a 9% target, a 4% daily limit and a 6% dynamic drawdown, and it can be passed in a single day. Funded accounts have a 40% best-day rule. E8 Pro has a 6% target, a 2.5% daily limit and a 6% static drawdown, with daily payouts and no consistency rule, but only 2% of profit per day counts.
Can I change the drawdown and profit split at E8 Markets?
Yes, at checkout. On E8 One the max loss can be 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% or 14% and the split 80%, 90% or 100%. On E8 Pro the max loss can be 6%, 8% or 10% and the split 80% or 100%. The standard build is 6% and 80% on both. A higher limit or split costs more, and 4% on E8 One costs less. A swap-free account adds 10% to the price.
What is the E8 Pro daily profit cap?
Only 2% of the initial balance per day counts toward the target and toward payouts. You can make more than that in a day, but the extra does not count. On a $100,000 account the cap is $2,000 per day, so the 6% target takes at least 3 trading days.
How do E8 Markets payouts work?
E8 Pro payouts can be requested every day once you are up 1% of the initial balance. Half of your profit can be requested, your split is applied to that half, and the rest stays in the account as a buffer. E8 One payouts need a 40% best-day rule, a payout larger than half of your daily limit and at least $100, and the first can come 3 days after funding.
Which platforms does E8 Markets offer?
cTrader, Match-Trader, MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker. You pick the platform at checkout.
What leverage does E8 Markets offer?
1:30 on forex, 1:15 on metals, indices and energy, and 1:1 on crypto. The limits are the same on E8 One and E8 Pro.
What are the E8 Markets commissions?
You choose at checkout. Standard-spread accounts have no commission. Raw-spread accounts pay $5 per lot on forex, $6 on metals, energy and most indices, $12 on the Dow and the Australia 200, and $30 per lot on crypto.
Is news trading allowed at E8 Markets?
On E8 Pro, yes, on every stage. On E8 One it is allowed during the challenge, but funded accounts cannot open, close or modify trades from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a high-impact release.
Does E8 Markets have a consistency rule?
Only on E8 One funded accounts, where no single day can be 40% or more of your total profit. E8 Pro has no consistency rule, but the 2% daily profit cap limits how much a single day can count.
Can I use EAs or copy trades at E8 Markets?
Yes. EAs are allowed if the strategy is your own, and you can copy trades between accounts that all belong to you. Signal services, team trading and copying other traders are not allowed.
Can I hold trades overnight and over the weekend at E8 Markets?
Yes, on E8 One and E8 Pro, at every stage. Gaps, slippage or wider spreads when markets reopen are your risk if they cause a breach.
Does E8 Markets have an inactivity rule?
There is no time limit, but you must open and close at least one trade every 60 days or the account is closed. A single small trade is enough.
How much capital can I get at E8 Markets?
Up to $1,750,000 across your accounts. Accounts run from $5,000 to $500,000, and creating extra profiles to go past the limit is not allowed.
