About FTMO Futures

FTMO Futures is the futures side of FTMO, the Prague prop firm that has funded forex traders since 2015. It launched in September 2026 under CEO Otakar Šuffner and trades CME futures on NinjaTrader, TradingView and Tradovate.

There are two plans, each at $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000. Growth is the cheaper one, from $119 a month, with no daily loss limit in the evaluation and a 40% best-day rule. Pro costs from $139 a month and gives you more drawdown, a hard daily loss limit, a 50% best-day rule and payouts of up to 100% of your profit. Both are one-phase evaluations with the same profit targets, no activation fee and no time limit.

Every account uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown that locks at your starting balance, and every funded account pays a 90% split. Payouts can be requested every 4 days on Growth and every 5 days on Pro once you have enough qualifying days, and are paid by Revolut or Wise. Use code PFG at checkout.

Programs & Modes

Growth

One evaluation phase at the lower monthly price. The target is 6% of the account, the end-of-day trailing drawdown is $2,000, $3,500 or $5,000, and there is no daily loss limit while you are being evaluated. Your best day may be no more than 40% of total profit. Once sim-funded, a soft daily loss limit of $1,000 to $3,000 pauses trading for the day instead of failing the account. Payouts need 4 qualifying days and pay out up to 50% of your profit, capped at $2,500 to $4,000. From $119 a month.

Profit Split: 90%

Target $3,000 to $9,000 | Daily Loss None (soft $1,000 to $3,000 funded) | Max Loss $2,000 to $5,000 | Contracts 5 to 15 Minis | Min Days 1 | Time ∞ Unlimited | No Activation Fee

Pro

The same targets with more drawdown ($3,000, $4,500 or $6,000) and a hard daily loss limit of $1,000 to $2,000 in the evaluation and once funded. Your best day may be no more than 50% of total profit. Payouts need 5 qualifying days, but you can withdraw 100% of your profit per request, capped at $5,000 to $8,000. From $139 a month.

Profit Split: 90%

Target $3,000 to $9,000 | Daily Loss $1,000 to $2,000 | Max Loss $3,000 to $6,000 | Contracts 5 to 15 Minis | Min Days 1 | Time ∞ Unlimited | No Activation Fee

Profit Split & Payouts

Every funded account pays 90%. You become eligible once you have enough qualifying days in the payout cycle: 4 days of $150, $250 or $300 on Growth, and 5 days of $200, $300 or $500 on Pro, by size. Growth lets you withdraw up to 50% of your profit per request, capped at $2,500, $3,000 or $4,000; Pro lets you withdraw 100%, capped at $5,000, $6,000 or $8,000. At least half of each request must be new profit from the current cycle, and the minimum payout is $20. Payouts go out by Revolut or Wise.

Allowed Restricted Prohibited

News Trading Allowed

Allowed in every phase with no news restrictions, as long as you are not using a forbidden practice. Concentrating trades around news in a way that doesn’t match the rest of your trading is still flagged.

Automated Trading Allowed

EAs and other automated systems are allowed. High-frequency strategies, latency arbitrage and anything that manipulates or exploits the platform are not. You are responsible for every order your system places, including errors.

Copy Trading Your Own Accounts Allowed

You can copy trades across your own accounts, as long as each one meets its own rules. Copying does not combine or average the rules across accounts.

Hedging on One Account Allowed

Opposite positions are allowed when they are on a single account.

VPN & Travel Allowed

You can trade while travelling and use a VPN or VPS, as long as you don’t live in a restricted country and stay in sole control of your account.

No Time Limit Allowed

The evaluation has no deadline. It is a monthly subscription that keeps running until you pass or cancel.

Close Before 4:10 p.m. ET Restricted

Every position must be closed and every resting order, including stops, limits and brackets, cancelled before 4:10 p.m. ET or the market close, whichever comes first. The platform liquidates anything left open, but you should not rely on it. No overnight or weekend holding.

End-of-Day Trailing Drawdown Restricted

The limit is your highest closing balance minus the drawdown amount, recalculated at the start of each trading day. It only moves up and locks at your starting balance. Open losses and commissions count, and touching it fails the account.

Daily Loss Limit Restricted

Growth: none in the evaluation; once sim-funded, a soft limit of $1,000, $2,000 or $3,000 closes your positions and pauses trading for the rest of the day. Pro: a hard limit of $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000 in the evaluation and once funded, and hitting it fails the account.

Consistency Rule Restricted

Evaluation only. Your best day may be no more than 40% of total profit on Growth or 50% on Pro. Going over is not a breach; you keep trading until the share drops. There is no consistency rule once sim-funded.

Contract Scaling Restricted

Evaluations allow 5, 10 or 15 minis (or ten times as many micros). Sim-funded accounts start lower, at 2, 4 or 6 minis, and scale back up as your profit above the starting balance grows, adjusting each trading day.

Max 3 Sim-Funded Accounts Restricted

You can hold up to 3 sim-funded accounts at once, across all sizes and plans.

Independent Risk Management Restricted

You may not structure trades so the drawdown limit is your only exit, size positions far outside your usual pattern, or trade a funded account very differently from how you passed.

Inactivity Restricted

A sim-funded account with no trading for 30 consecutive days is closed. Live funded accounts have no inactivity rule.

Trading Within 2% of a CME Price Limit Prohibited

You may not open new positions when price is within 2% of the CME daily price limit for that contract.

Hedging Across Accounts Prohibited

Offsetting risk between accounts, alone or with others, is banned. That includes your FTMO accounts, accounts at other firms and other FTMO Group accounts, with identical, related or correlated contracts.

Copying Other Traders Prohibited

Signal services, master accounts, trade copiers or anyone else’s decisions in your account are banned, paid or free.

Exploits & Unrealistic Trading Prohibited

Exploiting price errors, delayed feeds or anything that only works in a simulated account is banned, as are overleveraging, one-sided bets, account rolling and CME-prohibited practices such as spoofing and wash trading.

Martingale Prohibited

Martingale strategies are not allowed on any account.

Third-Party Access Prohibited

No one else may trade or access your account, and you may not trade anyone else’s.

Qualifying Days

You need a minimum number of trading days in the payout cycle, each closing with at least a set profit. Growth: 4 days of $150 (50K), $250 (100K) or $300 (150K). Pro: 5 days of $200, $300 or $500. Days are checked at the end of the trading day, and a day below the threshold doesn’t count.

How Much You Can Withdraw

Growth: up to 50% of your profit above the starting balance per request, capped at $2,500, $3,000 or $4,000. Pro: up to 100%, capped at $5,000, $6,000 or $8,000. The rest stays in the account for the next request.

New Profit Rule

At least 50% of each request must be profit made in the current cycle. With $2,000 kept from earlier cycles and $400 of new profit, the most you can request is $800.

Profit Split

90/10 on every account, applied after the caps. A $2,000 request pays you $1,800. The minimum payout is $20.

Payout Methods

Revolut or Wise.

Monthly Billing & Resets

Evaluations are billed monthly with no activation fee. If you breach, a new account arrives on your next billing date. A reset gets you a fresh account straight away for $109.00, $159.00 or $219.00 on Growth and $129.00, $189.00 or $259.00 on Pro, without changing your billing date.

FTMO Futures Reviews & Ratings

Rated by our community & expert team

FTMO Futures brings FTMO’s name and rulebook to futures, and the structure is easy to follow: one evaluation, an end-of-day trailing drawdown that locks at your starting balance, no activation fee and a 90% split from the first payout. Growth is the cheap way in with no daily limit while you are evaluated; Pro costs more but gives you more drawdown room and lets you withdraw all of your profit. The trade-offs are the monthly billing, a payout cap per request, and a firm that only launched in September 2026, so its futures payout record is still short.

Deep Dive

More About FTMO Futures

Is FTMO Futures Legit?

FTMO Futures is part of FTMO, one of the longest-running prop firms, operating from Prague since 2015. The futures side launched in September 2026 and scores on Trustpilot from reviews. Its rules are published in detail, from how the drawdown locks to what counts as a qualifying day.

Because the futures product is new, its own payout record is short. Start with one account, request your first payout as soon as you qualify, and read the forbidden trading practices before you trade.

FTMO Futures vs Other Futures Prop Firms

FTMO Futures vs Tradeify: Both pay up to 90% with an end-of-day trailing drawdown and no activation fee. Tradeify has more account types, including an instant-funded one, while FTMO Futures keeps it to Growth and Pro and lets Pro traders withdraw 100% of their profit per request.

FTMO Futures vs Lucid Trading: Lucid also pays 90% and has four routes, including faster daily payouts on LucidDaily. FTMO Futures pays every 4 or 5 days and adds a brand with more than a decade of forex payouts behind it.

FTMO Futures vs Take Profit Trader: Take Profit Trader starts at 80% and pays on demand from day one of its Pro account. FTMO Futures pays 90% from the first payout but asks for 4 or 5 qualifying days first.
