60% OFF All Accounts
60% off all evaluation and instant accounts
40% Consistency Rule
Applies across all 1-Step plans (Beginner and Standard) in both Funded and Challenge phases. No single trading day may account for 40% or more of total profits generated.
20% Consistency Rule (Instant)
For Instant Accounts, your largest profitable day must not exceed 20% of your total profits for the cycle. For Instant Pro accounts, the limit is 15%.
Wave Stop (2% Rule)
For Funded stage and Instant accounts: If your unrealized losses reach 2% of your account balance or equity, your account will be breached. This limits maximum open floating losses at any given time.
Biggest Loss vs Biggest Win
Your biggest single trade loss cannot exceed your biggest single trade win during the funded stage within each withdrawal cycle. Calculation includes commissions (net profits).
2% Price Limit Rule
AquaFutures prohibits users from trading within 2% of a CME price limit. If a futures contract is near its daily price limit, trading is not permitted.
Inactivity Rule
A trade must be placed at least once within each seven-day period. Failing to trade within this timeframe may result in your account being marked inactive and breached.
Automated Scalping Prohibited
The use of automated systems designed for ultra-high-frequency scalping, particularly systems that exceed 200 trades per day, is prohibited.
Fully Automated Trading Prohibited
You must be actively involved in trading and cannot let software do all the work for you.
Copy Trading
Copy trading is allowed if the account you copy from belongs to you, but it cannot be used across multiple evaluation accounts.

AquaFutures vs Other Futures Prop Firms
AquaFutures vs Apex Trader Funding: Apex is far more established (founded 2021) with a higher TrustPilot rating (4.4 vs 3.5) and supports 14+ platforms compared to AquaFutures' single Volumetrica Trading platform. Apex offers a $3M max allocation versus AquaFutures' $450K. However, AquaFutures' instant funding option and no activation fees are attractive for traders wanting to skip evaluations.
AquaFutures vs DayTraders: DayTraders offers more platform choices and a longer track record. AquaFutures differentiates with its consistency-based profit split system (up to 100%) and instant funding programs. DayTraders has a more straightforward rule set, while AquaFutures' Wave Stop and Biggest Loss rules add complexity.
AquaFutures vs Alpha Futures: Alpha Futures (UK-based, 4.9 TrustPilot) is significantly higher rated and more established. Alpha offers simpler profit split tiers (70-90%) while AquaFutures' consistency-based system can reach 100%.
