Loyalty Points Policy

Program Overview

The ThePropFirmGuide Loyalty Points Program rewards users for engaging with our platform and purchasing prop firm accounts through our exclusive affiliate links and discount codes. Points can be accumulated and redeemed for rewards, including free prop firm accounts.

How to Earn Points

Eligible members can earn loyalty points through the following actions:

• Sign-Up Bonus: Earn 300 points instantly when you create a ThePropFirmGuide account
• Social Follow Bonus: Earn up to 400 bonus points for following us on social media
• Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 (USD) spent on prop firm accounts purchased through our affiliate links or using our discount codes

ThePropFirmGuide reserves the right to add, modify, or remove earning methods at any time.

Claiming Points — 14-Day Window

When you purchase a prop firm account through one of our affiliate links or discount codes, you must submit your points claim within 14 days of the purchase date. Claims submitted after this 14-day window will not be honored.

To claim your points, submit proof of purchase through the Loyalty Points submission form on our website. Acceptable proof includes order confirmations, receipts, or screenshots showing the use of our affiliate link or discount code.

Important: All submissions are manually reviewed. We reserve the right to reject any claim that cannot be verified or that appears fraudulent.

Point Expiration

Loyalty points do not expire. Once earned and approved, your points will remain in your account indefinitely until redeemed.

Redeeming Points

Accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards as listed on our Loyalty Redeem page. Available rewards may include free prop firm accounts and other benefits as determined by ThePropFirmGuide.

Redemption requests are subject to review and fulfillment by ThePropFirmGuide. Once a redemption is approved, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your account.

Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all loyalty points:

• Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or given to another user
• Points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances
• Each user is limited to one loyalty account — creating multiple accounts to earn additional points is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the program
• Points earned through fraudulent activity, abuse, or exploitation of the system will be forfeited immediately, and the account may be suspended or banned

Program Modifications & Termination

ThePropFirmGuide reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Points Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to:

• Change the points earning structure or rates
• Modify available rewards or redemption values
• Adjust, cancel, or forfeit points in cases of suspected abuse or fraud
• Discontinue the program entirely

In the event of program termination, we will make reasonable efforts to allow members to redeem any outstanding points within a designated notice period.

The Loyalty Points Program is provided on an "as is" basis. ThePropFirmGuide makes no guarantees regarding the availability of specific rewards or the continued operation of the program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThePropFirmGuide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Loyalty Points Program, including but not limited to:

• Loss of points due to account suspension or program changes
• Unavailability of specific rewards
• Errors in point calculations or account balances
• Actions of third-party prop firms related to redeemed accounts

Governing Law

This Loyalty Points Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
